Will count how many times I put a photo of the Tour Eiffel, but that good old Iron Lady saved me more than once during this project, so I'll end it with her.
You know what ? I liked this 366 daily photo project.
Even though it has not been easy all day to think about taking that damn picture, it's been a good exercise. I can't say that I'm happy of all the photos I took, but some pictures are worth it.
Lessons learned during that year (but not applied):
- Do not wait the last ten minutes before midnight to take a picture if you want something at least not boring
- Find a small camera because you don't want to bring your DSLR in your bag all days
- UnRAW and upload your photos daily. This will avoid a 20 photos uploading / commenting in a line.
- Give yourselfs some themes like I did on the three first months : compulsory format 16:9, 2:3, then 3:2, or the texture theme that Yukio began on forth month (if I'm right).
- Find another platform than Tumblr. Sorry guys, I might continue to upload pictures daily, but will do it on flickr only. I really don't like tumblr board. Hard to post comments, long to upload, hard to organize ... I like the customizable part of the site, but this is too complicated for me and especially for a daily use.
Anyway, I'll continue to follow you guys, because I've been happy to browse the community project during that whole year. And you've really been inspirative with your awesome pictures.
Have a happy new year, all.
Cheers guys.
