when dead Jack is haunting the videos, he has all his hair. i'm serious. Arguably, in Faces of Grief, we see him in a red void, still recognizable as himself. Unless Rosemary just hallucinated this sequence. Two gunshots, a dead wolf/bear and Jack standing over a half-dead deer that has a familiar bullet wound. he skitters to the water and wades in. after apologizing and saying to forget him, Jack, his hands bloody, vanishes, and a rabbit is strung upside down from the cords in the sky. We don't know what the dead animals represent yet, but dead Jack has his hair. Yes, that's my point. Ghosts get stuck with the wounds they had before their time of death, as we can see with Susan. "Bon" is a glowing white bald man with very specific head wounds, but can also appear as a rabbit... weird! is this Jack's ghost, or is it a hallucination caused by Bon?

I think many of the similarities/shared poses between Jack and Bon are superficial, or signaling to the audience how she hopes he is Jack and is seeking more of him from any source. It explains why she trusted Bon. She was looking for Jack, but instead, she found a Rabbit. one might infer from the prior imagery that Jack is the hunter, not the rabbit. Bon stalked the house for some time, and spoke with Sophie, but not Rosemary. He doesn't say he's Jack. I will give it to "jack=bon", the corner man shows up right after Jack goes missing. but maybe the tragedy drew him to the house? here is my collage! there are even more :]
E&M also haunt the house. who's to say there aren't 4 damn ghosts in this creepy house?? (is Jack's soul in his posters? idk! he was last seen wearing a dark red striped suit.)
the timeline of events. Bunny Farm shows Ed and Molly entering the Rocket toy, alongside the creepy bear who came out of the well. Was Bon there to keep the children in the white void ("wonderland" or lobby of the afterlife)? if so, we know that Jack was still alive when Ed and Molly died, so he couldn't have done that. if they haunted the toy themselves, well ok. point destroyed 💥but consider. if Bon is a powerful spirit, demon, or poltergeist, could he have struck a deal with Felix? (perhaps he was a corpse haunting a nearby well/river?)
Episode 4. This is the one where Bon shows his face and the story enters its recent phase. This comes from the "Cyber Fun Tech" side of the company. BON gives us a little one-frame jumpscare, and then the tape glazes Rosemary's artwork. She is loved by BunnySmiles Inc. and is a well-known artist in town :)
The Cyberfun Tech portion. 8 minutes into the video, we see the baldman specter (lower right corner) at the fully lit workbench. no date is given for this footage taken by Susan. Then we are given records with dates. This confirms the tech can identify Charles and Susan, and Sophie, but can make errors. i think this is very important information, knowing that they have a finite log of faces in a database after the business closed.
A few weeks passed since the car wreck, and the haunted Rocket toy is in the workshop. MAY 13TH 1974
now, here's something interesting that occurs. Boozoo's facial recognition sees Ed and Molly, with a third face between them. this doesn't necessarily mean there are three spirits in the photo, but it also doesn't mean there aren't. nah, it's probably just Ed and Molly merged.

anyways, after this terrifying image appears, another thing happens.
JUNE 30TH 1974. a white bald face enters from the corner and merges with the Bon animatronic. Bon is odd and can free roam, shapeshift, and grow a beating heart, as we see in 4 and 5.
does that look like Jack to you? the screen flashes white after this. this face somewhat actually has eyebrows, but it has that destroyed nose Bon has got going on. it doesn't match up with E&M, either...

alright so, the first thing Bon does in his ideal form is to kill Susan. Why would ghost Jack kill a Cyberfun Tech Employee? subtitles tell us that Susan fully entered "wonderland" soon after JULY 1ST 1974 1:36 AM.
some have theorized "Bon" worked at Cyberfun Tech after episode 4 came out, but i have no idea myself.
RIGHT after the Susan neck-snapping scene, Jack is shown driving to Felix's and banging on his door, likely the night Ed & Molly died. Felix spent the entire night in the woods digging 3 graves & planning to kill himself, until we see him in the morning, deciding not to. no date is given. this is very confusing and unclear, probably on purpose.
let's talk about motivation, shall we? that's more important than who Bon is. Bon's past is something he would like to erase completely. He wants to start anew as Bon, the furry rabbit in Wonderland. he idolizes Rosemary's art. he sounds and acts like a Kinnie stalker fan. Bon's VA, EVA, has explained in an interview that Bon dislikes hurting his victims, but views it as a necessary obstacle. it reminds me of a technician pulling apart and reassembling machinery. we don't ever see Bon attack Felix. why?
Rusty box (some helpful person has this thread of the ARG website). So ummm. this thing. This is the last thing Susan does autonomously, is look at this fucking box. It's in Faces of Grief too. Right before the conversation at the end.

the WANTED poster on the left looks like the close-up from EP4, but again, it's intentionally unclear. he is 5'7" BROWN JACKET, wanted for THEFT and ARMED ROBBERY. (would be weird if it was this kid.) Alan is 6'(?)'', ARMED AND DANGEROUS, apparently escaped prison. don't even ask me which guy i think it is in general, because clearly i can't tell! ToT happy hunting!
sometimes/often i see people catastrophizing about social phenomena that's older than the invention of the wheel. basic shit like "you can sway people by coordinating and agreeing in a group" ..... yeah. you don't need a laptop for that to exist. for better or worse that's how Groups of People often behave
