Green River Take Over

  On Sunday, October 19th, Laura Farrell organized a Women in Charge - Green River Take Over event. Usually, I am all for all-girl paddling events, but I almost did not go to this one. I feare...

Seriously, out of all the gear companies, I think Kokatat might be the only one that makes a drysuit with girl-friendly zippers.

I've found all of these to be true with kayaking too!  I made a huge effort to make friends with other women boaters this year, and was able to get on a couple of all-girl paddling trips.  My goal for next year is to paddle with women more often.  I'd really like that to be a regular thing :)
