paige had been walking around all day, she wanted to get used to the land that she had checked into. she had found a bench to sit down on, so she could relax for a moment. even though she had been used to being on her feet because of what she did for a living she did not walk around for countless hours, so they had been bothering her. so far she had met some nice strangers along the way, but she had yet to run into anyone she knew, so at that point, she could be the only one from graceland there. The wind had started to pick up causing her beanie to blow off and that had been one of her favorites to hide a bad hair day.  paige got up from the bench where she had been sitting to follow after it she had not been paying attention causing her to run into someone. “I am sorry! I did not mean to, I am just trying to catch up with my hat,” she said. paige felt bad for running into a person.

“you know what i never understood?” cassie started from where she sat on the steps outside of the museum, her legs stretched out in front of her and headphones resting on her shoulders. “why do kids get the free entry into places? call me crazy but i think i’d appreciate the museum a lot more than a four year old.” she mused, mostly because – well – she didn’t have any cash and couldn’t go in. “some kids maybe but i was in museums all the time when i was a kid and sure i thought it was cool but i didn’t appreciate it all then. mostly i was just mad i wasn’t allowed to climb the statues. priorities, you know?” ( @woodshorestarters​ )

paige had been walking around just to get the lay of the place when she overheard a female talking on the steps of the museum. “Do you know how much everything cost nowadays? If you have a family of five young kids you wouldn’t be able to go anywhere if you had to pay for all of them,” she said to her. paige pressed her lips together as she looked at the big building then back at her.  “kids are really smart nowadays, so you never know what they understand and what they don’t. I am sure that they want to do the same thing as you did even if they do understand,” she said.

elle smiled contently as she stapled the packet of papers in her hand before placing them neatly back in their file. she had just finished filing the paperwork for her last case of the day, which meant if woodshore could take the rest of the night off from insanity, the detective could probably manage to sneak off early. a knock on her office door alerted elle to another prescence and she looked up from her desk with a soft sigh. it appeared her plans for an early night had just been foiled. “hi, i’m detective greenaway,” she greeted. “what can i do for you?”

paige pressed her lips as she looked around. she had been still trying to learn about her surroundings, she felt like a fish that had been plucked out of waters that she had been used to her. pagie chewed down as she looked at the woman before her. “paige,” she said to her. paige looked around the room again for what seemed to be the fifth time. “i’m a dea agent,” she said to the woman before her. “we are just introducing ourselfs right?” she asked the woman.

( lady in white, smile that lights up a room, does everything in her power to hide emotion ) –– && it looks like paige arkin has finally arrived in woodshore ( though she originates from graceland). although known as a baby girl back home, here they are a thrity-two year old dea agent, known to be go getter, but aggressive. they were coaxed here with the promise of getting her faith back. they remember telling sid what name mike was under. ( bee, 28, pst, she/her, serinda swan )

ever since paige arrived to wood shore she had been trying to piece everything together. she could not understand all the pain and anger that she had been feeling. the only thing that she could remember had been sending a bad guy to kill someone who deep inside had meant a lot to her. it frustrated her that she had all the feelings, but no story to help her put them in their place.

she hoped that maybe that all her memories would flood back to her in time and that she regain faith and go back to a person that she had locked away. paiges knew that something bad must have happened to her and that had to be the reason that she had lost everything. she had a feeling that she had changed for the worst and she wanted to find a way to fix her self, but in order to do that, she had to remember her life.

she used to have a smile that lit up a room, she used to be someone that the surrounding people loved, she wanted to go back to the person. paige lost all faith in her self something that she did not know if she could ever get back.
