hello! i found your kanken blog so i know that yours is the classic red one but i was wondering if you know about the other colors (you seem like you're really into your bag haha)? i bought a classic peach pink one and the straps are the same shade as the whole bag but my friend's straps are lighter (her bag is also peach pink) do you know what color the straps are supposed to be??

Heads up!

I know nobody ever mentions it in “What’s in my Kånken” posts, but you CAN fit a 15" MacBook in a Kånken Classic!

It’s a pretty tight fit, but it’s possible. It’s fits pretty snugly out of a case, and is sort of tight in a laptop sleeve, but if you need it to, it will fit!

If you’re putting it in without a case, be extra sure to rinse your bag with warm water before using it, like Fjällräven suggests. Otherwise you’re highly likely to end up dying the corners of your laptop!

I use a 15" MBP from 2012, and I usually just stick it in the main pouch, outside of the laptop section. (I leave the foam thing in there for protection, since my laptop isn’t in a case.)
