To be grateful is to recognize the Love of God in everything He has given us - and He has given us everything. Every breath we draw is a gift of His love, every moment of existence is a grace, for it brings with it immense graces from Him. Gratitude therefore takes nothing for granted, is never unresponsive, is constantly awakening to new wonder and to praise of the goodness of God. For the grateful person knows that God is good, not by hearsay but by experience. And that is what makes all the difference.

Tumblr. What to do with you.
I never paid attention to Tumblr before. It just caught the curiosity out of me when Yahoo announced they were buying it out for $1.1 billion. I thought, “Why would Yahoo pay so much money for such company?” So, I checked it out. Turns out it’s quite a nice place to express my thoughts and ideas out loud. I feel it’s a great place to be heard if someone is wanting to listen; and to discover people who have the same or similar interests as yourself.
Tumblr is like a mix of Twitter, Facebook and Wordpress — the best of them. I like the Quotation feature, well, because I love quotations. But what I am particularly impressed by is its simplicity and user experience. I guess I can do these things in Facebook as well. But somehow, Tumblr feels different. Facebook is like a noisy market. Tumblr is like my own room, only virtually. It’s a whole lot more quiet here.
I have yet to discover more of you Tumblr, and I am so far liking it.
