It wasn’t exactly a cooked meal but it was probably the most beautiful sandwich that he would have seen ever. The Weavile nodded to the man, though her attention soon turned to the Porygon-Z hovering near her.

Indeed, the price of a cab was high and the fact the price had remained so high just rectify the drivers were doing well. In fact the whole city seemed to do well economically, having the wealth to pick their customers based solely on their appearance. At first the young man had found the practice repugnant but somewhere along the way had accepted it to get along in Lumoise. "Anyways I’ll show you to the stand. Its been a while since I had one." He had nothing to do and it wasn’t too far. Besides, the stranger might have preferred that than directions. Moving from where he had been standing, he’d added in jokingly: "That is if your feet can manage a little while longer."

Ah yes, the cabs. Too much to spend on in my opinion.
[Being materialistic as he is, Gen had no limit when it came to buying objects. But that was just objects. Laptops, watches, clothes, etc were fine by him when it came to spending money. But things such as cabs where they charge quite high-- especially to foreigners aren't worth it. How the cab drivers developed the ability to determine who was a foreigner and who wasn't was a mystery.
He was relived that he could finally obtain the treat he had so helplessly been trying to find. He should've asked for directions sooner! He passed by hundreds of people before he came before this man. Why he didn't do so before was beyond him. He chuckled as he began to follow alongside the other.]
I can suck it up, though I think the soles of my shoes are going to pay the price.
[Of course he can just go buy another pair, no biggie.]
