whatever they say won't matter to me unless it contains proof of policy development regarding sexual misconduct. they need HR, and they need policy in place that they can turn to when anyone on staff is alleged of sexual misconduct. i need proof that staff members who conceal evidence or allegations of misconduct will be punished here on out. they could post the best worded response in the world and i will not care until i see proof that there are regulations in place to stop this from happening again.

people in leadership positions need to know how to act in a situation like this. if that means training, so be it. if that means finding new leads, do that.

it doesn't matter to me at the end of the day how many people on the staff team were aware of this. there is no acceptable number of staff members concealing misconduct, so there is no need to exaggerate. the fact that it was able to be hidden from others is proof enough of a massive failure of regulations. even if sozzay acted entirely alone, this is a massive failure of regulations.

there need to be systems put in place to prevent this from happening. that is the only action the dev team could take that will matter.
