one month until i get the keys to my very first own fucking apartment. so it goes: me, in a place that is mine, standing in a room that smells like fresh paint and bad decisions. i will repaint the walls anyway. i will replace the light switches like that means something. i will drill holes for shelves and call it progress. i have no idea what i’m doing. this is, apparently, adulting.
