I forgot how to breathe again. Or maybe my lungs have grown tired.

Tired of cycling air in and out to keep me alive when I feel so dead inside.

I worry my heart will grow tired too. Tired of working all of these thankless endless days and nights.

All just for me to give it another beating while it’s just trying to beat to keep me alive.
