7 Days movie and talk event!
Managed to go to the first part of the movie (Mon to thurs) right before the 7days talk event for fri-sun. It was kinda odd watching BL at 9am (even though nothing R rated appeared) but it would’ve been sort of weird watching the 2nd movie premier at the talk event before watching the first part -.-

Short thoughts: the movie stayed true to the manga, imo. My only issue would be that both of them looked too old to be high schoolers (chantomo looked like a businessman and james like a college kid). And too many flashbacks/awkward silences/face close up. I understand that they want to make it two movies, and fan service people…but it was a little too overboard xD
Talk event for Friday to Sunday
Naturally bromides were sold, as well as pins, etc.
Before the talk began, we watched part 2 on a projected screen in a large hall. Then afterwards, Chantomo and James entered stage, apparently also having been forced to watch the movie with the audience haha. The screen felt so far away having the stage in between…
Q and A session mostly involved them talking about their thoughts regarding the movie. When asked about what type of character he would like to act in the future:
chantomo: high school delinquent *dead series*
james: …do you even know how to start a fight?
chantomo: *hunches over and swaggers up to james*
Other questions were more personal, such as what they do on their free time, whether they hold parties at home, etc. (James: yes, Chantomo: no)
Then, at the end they did a short skit of what they expected would happen after 7days ended. James and chantomo put up a skit that supposedly would happen 10 years later, with yuzuru as a housewife (with a super highpitched voice). The typical, welcome home, what would you like to do first? Shower? Dinner? …Me? was also thrown in xD
