Definitely disheartening.

Haha yeah if you don’t have the right shoes they’re basically numb when you get inside. Especially if it’s snowing and you wear shoes that aren’t water resistant and it soaks all the way through and freezes your toes.

Oh my god no! that’s awful, i’m hoping that didn’t happen to you during the winter season last year, it was pretty brutal from what i remember.

Same. I hate winter shoes–and being that I grew up in Quebec, you’d think I’d be used to this by now, but I’ve just become so accustomed to being able to slip on some comfortable summer shoes whenever I’m heading out that I’m just not looking forward to having to go through the process of winter footwear again just yet.

Aw! I understand that for the most part yeah, it’s disheartening, in its own way.

i just remember when it was starting to get cold i put on my sandals and my feet were like ??? for 2hrs and it came upon me slowly i should be changing out my shoes.

Me. With. My. TOMS. I literally don’t know what to do with my feet in cold weather. I still have them waiting by my front door hoping I don’t have to put them away yet this season, even though I’m sure the weather’s not getting any warmer anytime soon.

Oh my god. I’m completely not ready for it. I dont think the weather is gonna be getting any warmer any time soon but...never too late to lose hope?

while i love the fact that the leaves are changing and the weather is gradually getting colder, i hate the fact that i have to retire my sandals and wear actual shoes.

Ugh, I’m totally bad at cramming. I got a C on a test I took 2 weeks ago, I’m so lucky that the professor was able to talk to me and like raise my grade, otherwise my dad would like totally breathed fire on me and toasted me like a s’more. I just don’t get why professors don’t get that like we have other classes too and that assigning so much homework isn’t gonna help us understand anything better!

Mannnnn thats’ the worst. That..sounds intense, not gonna lie haha. Yeah I haven’t figured out...nor understood why professors are so !!! about assigning their massive amounts of homework and making it near impossible to get it all done. I always figured homework helped either prepare for class...whenever the next meeting is or like...for some classes checked understanding on it. I never know anymore.

LOL well in Trace’s case he was going for engineering and ended up deciding he didn’t want to do that so it wasn’t just wanting to leave, but yeah. Still probably doomed.

I don’t! I just know that I’m excited for it, even if it’s just sitting at home watching scary movies in a mask. Oh no! You haven’t been doing anything else?

In his defense engineering is very hard. But still doomed regardless

Yeah, if you haven’t even been there that long and it’s already happening, then you’re doomedddddddd, man. The only person I can think of for reference is Trace but he dropped out, so that just goes to show you his motivation level as the years went on.

I’ve been pretty good! Getting pretty stoked on spoopy season but nothing new otherwise. What about you?

Dang yeah i’m soooo doomed, that story just sealed my fate too. it was nice while it lasted, college?

Aww that’s so nice though! Do you know what you’re doing for halloween at all? I haven’t been doing much other than school really.

Oh no! I bet you it just gets sooner and sooner every year, like it does in high school. I wouldn’t know personally, but I know I was definitely a victim of senioritis back in my day.

I would wholeheartedly believe that considering it’s happening to me now and I’m only in my second year. I’ll have to ask around, see who else it’s affecting.
