Lets talk about how hard it is to open up to someone about being sad for no reason. Lets talk about how hard it is to explain to your friends and family that you have this heavy feeling in your chest for no reason. Lets talk about how hard it is to understand why you’re having a panic attack while just taking a walk back home. Lets talk about how hard it is to understand your own self and how scary it is to feel like the whole world is falling on your shoulders and you have no idea why .

Mga pwede mong sabihin sa boyfriend mo:

2. “Ano ba yan. Tuwing kakain tayo sa McDo, fries lang naman kinakain ko pero parang isang happy meal na binayaran ko. Bakit kaya sa tingin mo? Luv u beh.”

3. “Beh tara kumain.” Tapos kapag pumayag siya, “Ay wala pala akong pera. Ako naman ilibre mo. Maiba naman. Ako lagi eh. Luv u beh.”

Humor is the key. Kung kampante at komportable na kayo sa isa’t-isa, hindi issue ang pera o kahit ano man. Tandaan mo, ngayon na hindi pa kayo kasal, issue na yan, ano pa sa tingin mo kaya ang pwede pang maging issue kapag asawa mo na siya.

This is actually my most favourite post on tumblr. Usually south East Asian countries are ignored by the tumblrsphere, as most people people think of China, Japan and South Korea when appreciating Asia. It’s nice to see a bit of filipino history and culture on my dash !!
