Hi Neil!
My 10 years old kid loves reading. He has read a lot of books of different genres. Now he’s looking for a new book to read, and he’s been asking me about Good Omens. He never watched the tv show but I told him something about the plot and the characters. He seems to like the “other four horsemen of the apocalypse” and he’s pretty curious about Adam’s story. I’m sure he would love the book but I’m not so sure it’s suited for children. What would you suggest? Do you think it’s ok for a 10 yo child to read it?
Also, he never met his real father cause he left after his birth… and I think Adam and Lucifer’s story has some similarities to his story. I think it might be good for him to read about parents and kids. A real father is someone who looks after you, not someone who wait almost ten years old to say hello (to the phone!) and then disappear again. I believe the story that you and Terry wrote so many years ago is still very enlightening on all this matter. The world evolved but there are things that don’t go and never change.
Sorry if my English is not perfect, I’m from Italy.
Thank you from me and my whole family who loves your books!
Kids are normally good judges of whether they are enjoying books or not, even if they are getting different things out of it than adults would...
Crowley’s first failed attempt at tempting Aziraphale in the Garden of Eden….
A very lovely follower on Twitter gave me the idea and reminded me that sugar apples exist. I wish I could try a sugar apple. They look so tasty.
Because I'm curious and I really don't have much sense any more of who is here on Tumblr after the various waves of immigration from other sites and people leaving for other places, or who's reading this blog.
I'll let it run for a week, to increase the sample size. One simple question with ranges...

After gaining Supreme Archangel knowledge, Azi became the Supreme DarkAngel and abandoned Heaven. I feel like this would be a really fun topic to explore in a fanfic. Maybe I’ll write somethin’ 👀

Wanna guess what (or who) he’s looking for up there?
Even more reverse!AU Good Omens because my brain is rotting inside my skull. Aziraphale fell (and now pretty much is just Michael Sheen with lizard eyes) and Crowley stayed a bubbly, star-loving baby angel.
