I get it why people leave communities and don't come back. It used to make me sad and all that, but now I understand. Some bridges are meant to be burned.
One special commission for Nathan! ( commissions are still open, info here )
Fujimo, from Ponyo, my favorite Ghibli movie ♥
you were born in phoenix after all
Have you ever seen a white Common Raven (Corvus corax)? No, this isn’t a new species… or a ghost. 👻This Raven’s striking pale plumage is the result of the genetic mutations leucism or albinism. Leucism is a reduction in all types of pigmentation, including melanin. Albinism is the inability to produce or distribute melanin. One hint to tell the difference? Individuals affected by leucism often have blue eyes, while individuals with albinism have pink eyes. White Common Ravens are rare. An estimated 1 in 30,000 individuals is born without this species’ signature black plumage.

Yall want to see the most cursed officially made Lion King product I own? Of course you do!
Cute unassuming plush Simba toy, right?
WRONG!
It's actually a collection of Simba's body parts on plastic stakes! This thing was meant to be put into a pumpkin. I'm not sure if this thing had a tail when it was new because it was given to me as-is by a friend because I like TLK. And yes that tag you see does indeed say Disney Store.
@just-aal here’s the full model sheet that hand came from, plus some other T&P model sheets that I always have with me!!

It's so frustrating that I have to look with distrust and second guess of any art coming after 2020. My recent nemesis is the new tlk dynamite comic. Is it AI? I am not 100%, but the stylization really troubles me.
Also all those artists that work on those comics, my god they don't give you the character reference sheets, do they? *facepalm*
Gift art. Watercolour and gouache.
happy whatever to that disney sequel that was released like yesterday
Belated artfight revenge for Anelalani. It's Nahele the jaguar. Love this design so much! Colored pencils and inks.
Birthday gift for a friend. Colored pencils and inks.
I wanted to do this exclusively with holbein pencils, but ended up using my trusty polychromos and luminance as well. The paper quality wasn't ideal for pencils, so I think that was mainly the issue.
Life has been mostly unkind lately. Death in family, health issues, lots of drama to name a few. But I carry on, because there's nothing else to do.
