This isn't edited and it's really just an extend of what I already posted on my original post but I think the rest of what I have would just be boring to read so here:

Clarke tries to focus on anything that isn't bare legs or high heels that cost more than her yearly rent or that ass in that leather skirt; tries to worry more about the fact she's bound to a rusty chair, has a face covered in bruises and a bleeding lip or that a concussion might be well on its way to becoming a permanent problem after her beat up.

All Clarke's sees, all she feels and she wants is her.

It has been like this ever since they met at Grounders, a failed attempt at seduction on her part but still ended up with Lexa on her bed, smirking as she played with her badge. Grinning, this sickly sweet grin, as she stranded Clarke's hips and pointed her gun at her chest, pulling the trigger and bursting into a fit of giggles when the locked gun didn't shoot.

"Good. You fuck too well to let it go to waste.” she'd coo before bending down and kissing where the barrel had just touched Clarke's warm skin. 

She occupies every thought in the detectives head, obsessive thought after obsessive thought, threatening to drive her mad but she doesn't care, could not give two flying fucks about the fact the woman in front of her is stalking her like a predator or that she could either end up dead or in jail for the rest of her life.

“It’s quite simple, Clarke. Just tell me the names and if you’re not lying then the issue will be solved.”

Clare shakes her head. She can't do that.

“Those men are my friends Lexa. They have families, spouses and kids.” Her breathing becomes heavy with distress.

“The deal is non negotiable.” Lexa’s voice is cold, eyes drilling holes in Clarke’s head.

Clarke looks up at her like she is absolutely crazy.

"Oh baby, don't be mad. I warned you my love didn't come easy." she straddles Clarke's waist and forces her ass down on her lap, making the detective aware that there is nothing covering her core. 

Plump lips attach to her neck, biting and licking, while she rolls her hips on her lap, looking for any friction Clarke’s pants might provide. She works herself up alone and Clarke loves to watch it. She ponders for a brief second what Gustus would do if he walked in on them right now, he’s precious little girl humping the detective like a bitch in heat but very quickly she realizes she does not care. He could beat her up, shoot her for all she cares, as long as the sight of Lexa’s open mouth as she pants on her lap and grabs a fistful of Clarke’s hair from behind to prevent herself from falling is the last thing she sees.

“Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!” whining moans leave Lexa far too loudly, echoing through the empty building. 

“Angel, you need to be more quiet.” Clarke reminds her gently, because Lexa is all nails and sharp teeth that melt away when treated like a princess. A perfectly self-centered spoiled girl. Clarke wouldn’t have any other way.

A sharp pain sinks on Clarke’s shoulder, Lexa’s teeth sinking in to prevent herself from moaning to loud, hips still bucking in search for her release.

They can’t stop kissing.

It’s only three blocks to Clarke’s apartment from Raven’s. Three blocks that are far too long to expect them to walk a safe distance apart, heat buzzing between them, shoulders brushing with every stride. They’ve hardly rounded the corner of the first street by the time Clarke grabs Lexa’s wrist and urges her into the mouth of a dark alley, crowding her up against the brick wall to kiss her senseless.

Kisses that aren’t just urgent, desperate, messy.

Kisses that are deep. Hungry. Slower than they should be, because God. The taste of her.

How has she lived without this?

Clarke’s head spins with every drag of Lexa’s lips against hers, every slide of her tongue, every sharp, gentle catch of her teeth. It’s not just that Lexa is amazing at this. It’s not just that they apparently have this insane chemistry and compatibility.

It's…this. Lexa cradles her, one hand wrapped around the back of her neck and the other cupping her jaw as she kisses her like that’s what she was born to do. And that’s what it feels like: like they were born for this. Kissing Lexa is exciting but it also doesn’t really feel…new. It feels strangely familiar. She feels…echoes, like they’ve done this before.

It feels like home.

Hey! First of I really like your blog and how you interact w/ people. Second, I'm a writer who used to write for fandom but is more interested in writing some original works. The questions are, could I post original works on ao3?, how can I get people to see it?, And if I can't, any good websites to post original works?

You definitely can post Original Works on AO3! There's a whole fandom tag for it :D

Original Works on AO3 do get less interaction that ones that are attached to a fandom, but you can help yourself out by tagging the tropes, themes, genres etc that you're writing in. Lots of people will read anything with a particular tag. Lots of others just love Original Characters.

If you're considering a certain tag, you can always do a tag search to find canonicals (tags that automatically populate in dropdown menus) or to see if there's a tag for the idea that you want to express.

Other sites where you can publish your Original Fiction include Wattpad, Fictionpress, Royal Road, SpaceBattles - and of course tumblr, twitter, pintrest and other social media sites.

Those are just off the top of my head, so if anyone would like to add more please do!

I’ve been having trouble with actually starting to write fics. Once the start is established it’s super easy, but it’s incredibly difficult for me to actually write the beginning. Any tips?

Don't write the beginning. Start from the place where it's easy.

A lot of the time when I get into trouble writing a story or when I get too bogged down and lose motivation, I find that I've actually started telling the story too soon.

It's a lot easier to dive in when the action starts, without all of the backstory and worldbuilding. In story-telling terms, this is called in media res, but in practical terms it just means picking a point in time where the story is already in progress and start there.

You can reveal backstory and build your world through flashbacks, conversations, and general observations made by your POV characters. Remember that your reader doesn't need to know everything that you know. They just need to know enough to understand what's happening.

Also, if you find something boring, your audience probably will too. Save yourself the trouble of writing, and save them the trouble of reading it. Stick to the parts that you enjoy. This isn't homework. You don't have to eat your fic vegetables before you can have your fic dessert.

My strategy when I want to begin in a certain place but can't get the words to come (writing openings and closings is difficult for me at times) is to skip to where I can start, write that, and then go back and do the beginning. Once I'm done with that, I can then go through and edit it to all flow smoothly. It works really well!

For longer fics, I also find it useful to start by writing beta versions of multiple scenes from different points in the fic before I start at the beginning, to help me establish some outlines and points and character voices and such, especially when I'm taking things more seriously.

Write a 5x1 fic? Write each one as a oneshot and put them in a series? Make a regular multichap and put them in chronological order, but one per chapter? You've got options! Novels are just 1 way to write a story. There are lots of others.

Day 3: Thursday, March 3rd - 6 Years Later

Ahh, reunions! Are Clexa exes who had a sad breakup in college and they’ve just ran into each other six years later in another country of all places? Are Clexa old best friends who lost touch in middle school and find themselves at the same college together, freshmen sharing a room? Does Wanheda disappear for 6 years and return? Instead of dying in 307, was Lexa instead hidden away and lost her memories, and six years later finds Clarke?

Day 4: Friday, March 4th - Arranged Marriage

Must Clarke marry Heda Lexa for the sake of their people? Do modern Clexa get married to fake date for a spousal visa so one of them isn’t booted out of the country? Are Clexa exes who are somehow forced into a marriage when a dying relative lists that as a requirement of the will?

Does Lexa help Clarke realize she has a soggy bottom during an episode of the Great British Bake Off? Does celebrity Clarke find herself in over her head when wilderness expert Lexa takes her on an episode of Man vs Wild that goes all wrong? Do exes Clexa catch the room on fire during an intense episode of Chopped? Survivor, America’s Top Model, Nature Documentaries, the Circle, Bachelorette, the list goes on - go wild! 

Day 6: Sunday, March 6th - Be Gay Do Crime

Are Clexa notorious villains that wreak havoc on a city, or are they chaotic goods who act as Robin Hood to their village? Is Lexa an art thief that runs into artist Clarke when she’s trying to steal her work? Is Clarke a graffiti artist that shop-owner Lexa catches vandalizing her walls? You choose!

Day 7: Monday, March 7th - Free Day

For free day, you can do anything you want. You can even use it as an Update Your WIP day!
