"Is there a reason you're just blinking and staring at me?" Tomoya raises an eyebrow and sighs.

{{ Hi hi, had quite a busy weekend and wasn't able to log onto tumblr at all. If I owe any replies, please let me know and I'll start working on them as soon as I can. }}

1. What is your favorite book? I know this is a very hard question, and you may need to sit down and think about it for a while.

"My favorite book...well, I don't really read much, but I don't think manga's count, do they? I don't think they would...I'm not much of a book person." {{I'm with Tomoya on this one, too.}}

2. If you could see or speak to one last person before you die, who would it be?

"Tha---That's definitely a hard question to answer! I---I don't really know who I'd want to see or speak to before I die." {{ I'd have to see and speak to my friend Jeslyn, that's definitely the last person I'd want to see and speak to before I die.}}

3. Do you like your mun? (Or for the muns, your muse?) What do you like about them?

"I guess my mun is alright, sometimes he can be a little lazy to hang out with me, but he's an alright person, I guess. What I like about him is...well, I guess he's an okay person to be around." {{ I like my muse, I used to identify with him, a lot... which is why I've been roleplaying him on and off for almost 2 years. }}

4. What is one thing you wish you had done, but you hadn’t?

"I wish I had spent more time with my mother, it'd had been nice to know her more than I do." {{..T-Tomoya. Ah, I wish I had been more productive in school.}}

5. What is your star sign?

"I think my mun told me I'm a Scorpio, I never really cared much about astrological signs, I suppose." {{ I'm a Leo.}}

6. Do you believe in love at first sight?

"Th-That's ridiculous! Next question!" {{ I believe in it, to a certain extent. }}

7. Do you have any daily rituals?

"Wake up in the middle of the day, see if Sunohara is doing anything, that's all, really." {{ I usually just stay home and go online, heh.}}

8. Most prized possession?

"My most prized possession would have to be this starfish carving, I'm not even sure why I have it, but I know it means a lot." {{ I'm not sure if I have one, but I guess my computer for now would have to be a prized possession.}}

9. Who do you see as your best friend? Your worst enemy?

"Sunonhara is my best friend, I suppose. Ever since we ran into each other all beat up and we shared that laugh, we kinda just stuck with each other since then. Worst enemy...that'd have to be my father." {{ Oh...I want to say Jeslyn is my best friend, yeah.. we talk a lot, so she has to be. My worst enemy has to be myself, I suppose.}}

10. Are you afraid of dying?

"I don't think about it often, so I don't think I am." {{I'm with Tomoya on this one.}}

Kotomi unconsciously move her arms into a defensive position. “Tomoya-kun… A-Are you feeling alright? Is th-there something that made you u-upset?" His loud, angry voice frightened Kotomi. He was usually so kind and calm. Kotomi flinched as Tomoya lashed out on the books at her desk. They tumbled to the ground and made quite some noise, and a few hit Kotomi’s legs.

They were making quite a scene. “T-Tomoya-kun…" Her voice quivered. “M-Maybe you can ex.. Explain to me what’s going on…" She took a deep breath, eyes on the ground. “W-was there something I’ve done..?"

Tomoya suddenly snapped out of whatever 'trance' he seemed to be in. He looked at his fist and the books on the ground. His eyes traced over to see Kotomi sitting and staring at the ground, she seemed scared and worried. He walked over and crouched down to meet her at eye level and talked to her in a gentle voice.

"Kotomi...are you alright? Did I...do this?" Tomoya looked at the books at the ground and at the scared girl in front of her. "If I did..then...then I'm sorry!"

"Oh I see.." She giggled again. A laughing machine, she was. She pressed her hand to her head. She felt dizzy, and a bit like she was in a sauna. “It feeels so warm… Doesn’t it feel sho warm?"

Her face was flushed from the alcohol rush. But she didn’t know that. She really thought that maybe she had a fever. Or a “cold". She stumbled closer to Tomoya, then held onto him as she pressed her forehead against his. She was unfazed by their closeness. “Dooo I feel warmmm to you?" She whispered.

"...It doesn't feel so wa--" Tomoya froze. The sudden closeness of Kotomi's face to his made him freeze and his face began to burn as it turned red. He felt goosebumps all over his body.

"K-Kotomi!" He stared at her for a quick second and quickly looked away. Her face was so close to his it almost felt like...--If someone were to pass by they would get the wrong idea. He looked back again, noticing her lips and her eyes.

"Y-You do feel warm! I-It also feels like you're going to start kissing me, s-s-so, I think you need to take a little step back, Kotomi."

Kotomi jumped at the sound of someone screaming her name from the door. “Tomoya-kun?" She was very confused. What had she done? “Can you please keep your voice down? We’re in a library…"

"Wh-what do you mean what did you do?!" Tomoya felt odd, easily angered and annoyed. Why exactly did he scream Kotomi's name for? He couldn't even remember.

"I-I'm trying to keep my voice down but I'm just so...!!" Tomoya looked over at a desk with some books on them in which he knocked down with a swift punch.

"Nonono… he’s right here." She said when Tomoya started looking around. She got up and stood in front of “Tomoya’s twin". She extended her hand to introduce herself… And Tomoya’s twin seemingly vanished into thin air. She tilted her head. “Wheree’d he gooo?"

Sooner forgetting about the disappearing boy, she turned to Tomoya. “Is that so…" Kotomi didn’t feel cold at all. Quite warm and fuzzy in fact. “Perhaps I’ve caught a cold." Somehow the though of "having a cold" and feeling warm was very funny to her, and she started laughing. She poked Tomoya in the arm.

"Was that not a very funny joke?"

"..." Tomoya continued to stare, Kotomi was acting very, very strange. He thought about playing around with this, but he also thought he would feel bad about it. No matter the case, he decided to go with Kotomi's flow.

"He left, Kotomi. He had to go feed his pet turtle, but he'll be back, I'm sure of it. My twin is shy, anyway."

Tomoya stood at attention when Kotomi faced him. His face again showing a confused expression when Kotomi began to laugh.

"N-No, it was...an interesting joke. A bit too complex for me, I'm sure it'd have other people cracking up, Kotomi." Tomoya forced out a small laugh.

I didn't know you had jokes, Kotomi.

SNAP! 6 hours

"I don't think I could eve--"

Tomoya's eye began to twitch as he felt uneasy.

"Kotomi! What did you do?!"

"…K-Kotomi? Y-You alright, there?"

"Haaa…?" Kotomi lazily turned around from her spot. "Tooomoya-kuun". She slurred. “I never kn—" hiccup "—You had a twiin?"

Kotomi’s eyes were focused somewhere near Tomoya’s head. “Doooesn’t it feel a tad bit.. waarm?"

"..." Tomoya looked around in confusion. "A twin? ...Kotomi?"

Tomoya noticed her eyes focusing upwards, but still towards him. "We're in an air conditioned room, Kotomi. It's actually a little too cold. Are...Are you okay?"

She blinked as Tomoya offered her a napkin. Was he usually one who carried them around? “Thank you." She said as she wiped the rust away. She shoved it into her pocket. "That’s wonderful to hear. " She smiled at his last comment. “And I won’t have any more distractions while I read. " She added. Summer break was not something Kotomi much enjoyed. Sure, school was over, but now Kotomi was left with nothing else to do. Reading all summer wouldn’t be bad but… Spending 2 months by herself got lonely. She wouldn’t admit it out loud though.

"Will you have lots to do during the summer, Tomoya-kun?"

Tomoya nodded and listened to Kotomi, he had though that being off from school would be a bother to her since she couldn't use the library until school opened up again, but he assumed she had many books back at home. He did, however, remember how Kotomi lived on her own. That made him feel like he should attempt to spend some time with Kotomi, if she wasn't involved in a book, that is.

"Well, I won't really have lots to do during the summer." He smiled at her. "I did plan on just sleeping in, and sleeping some more, as usual. How about you, Kotomi-chan? You have lots to do during the summer? Because..." Tomoya looked away a bit, it felt a bit odd to ask her this because he didn't want it to seem as if he was asking her out on a date.

"...because maybe you'd want to hang out during the summer? I could come over to your house, and we can have lunch. I'll even bring Nagisa, Sunohara, and the Fujibayashi's."

While they walked to the park, Nagisa tried to stay a head of Tomoya so he wouldn’t notice her reddening face. She felt nervous to go to the park with him, but at the same time she was very excited. She couldn’t look back at him either. If she did, a huge smile would glow upon her face and might give away the fact that she liked him. She didn’t want that to happen so she just continued farther until they got to the park.

When they reached the park, Nagisa looked around to see what would interest her the most. “All up to me? Well if you’re sure!" She gave a slight smile to Tomoya. “I think I’ll try the swings first!" She ran to the swings hoping he would follow her and swing next to her.

She noticed it was getting chilly while she was running. She stopped in her tracks before she got to the swings and glanced over to Tomoya.

"I’m getting a little cold. Aren’t you, Tomoya?" She asked, not realizing she just called him by his first name rather than his last.

Tomoya watched as Nagisa looked around to see what she wanted to do. He noticed how excited she was over this, and it seems the park is also something she loves very much. He could only imagine what she'd be like if she loved him. That very thought caused him to turn a deep red as he tried to shake the thought of his mind, especially when she stopped to turn back to him. Those smiled of hers...they continued to make his heart flutter. He tried to shake that off, too, as he followed her towards the swings. She suddenly stopped and he titled his head in confusion as she glanced over at him. He wondered why she just suddenly stop---

His body froze and he felt his face heat up, his heart started beating rapidly. He seemed to have forgotten how to breathe for a moment, as Nagisa's voice calling him by his first name echoed in his head.

"Di-Did you just call me by my first---n-name?" Tomoya blushed and looked away at the ground, he couldn't help but smile a smile that filled his whole face. He continued looking at the ground while replying back to Nagisa.

"I-I suppose it is getting a little cold, if you want, I could stay close to you, Nagisa."

"Tomoya-kun." She greeted him, and promptly returned the smile. She was happy he finally remembered to call her ‘Kotomi-chan’. She stopped swinging and stuck her feet firmly on the ground. The cool breeze left as quickly as it came. Kotomi was glued onto the plastic seat. She peeled herself off and, noticing the rusty copper stains on her hands, frowned. “I didn’t notice just how old this park has become…" She mumbled mostly to herself. Does Tomoya-kun remember how we used to play together, here in this very park? Kotomi wasn’t even sure if he knew they had met much before that day in the library. “How do you do?" She wondered how much she had missed since their childhood days.

He smiled back at her, he was glad she noticed him with just one greeting. Usually she'd be off in her own little world, but that seemed to be only when she was reading a book. Tomoya tilted his head slightly as he noticed the rust that ended up staining Kotomi's hands. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a napkin he happened to have. Tomoya heard her mumble something, he would have asked her what she had said, but he held out the napkin and answered Kotomi.

"I'm doing well, I suppose. Glad that school is out and I can finally relax and sleep in for as long as I want."

Nagisa looked up at Tomoya. Did she just hear what she think she heard?

Wait a second. Did he just say.. a date? Is he..? Does he..? Oh I’m so confused. To be honest, I think those feelings I had earlier.. Maybe they were for Okazaki. I.. I think I like him. But I’m not going to tell him that! No way! What if he doesn’t feel the same way.. Then things would be ruined between us, and I don’t want that to happen. Nagisa pondered to herself. She was feeling so baffled at everything that had just happened. It all felt like a dream.

"I’d love to go to the park! I haven’t been there for a while. I think it’ll be fun!" She smiled at Tomoya, ignoring all her other thoughs that were bouncing around in her head. “Let’s go!" She added.as she giggled and started walking toward the nearest park she could find.
