List Of Tv Shows For TeenieTots!

Hello my fellow TeenieTots!! I was going through Youtube and was watching some intros to some toddler/little kid shows I loved growing up (along with some more recent shows I enjoy) so I thought why not make a list of shows I think other TeenieTot/age regressors would enjoy as well?

Hot honey milk!

I’ve seen a lot of people sharing their favourite hot beverage recipes, so I thought I’d share one of mine! ♡

What you need ~

🍯 Honey 🍯 Sugar (white sugar and brown sugar are both okay!) 🍯 Milk (I usually use semi-skimmed) 🍯 Two mugs - one random mug, and then you’re favourite! (It’ll make sense later) 🍯 A teaspoon 🍯 Cinnamon (optional)

What to do ~

1. Heat up your milk! You can do this by either using a microwave (and putting it in there for around 45 seconds), or by boiling it in a pot on the hob (on a low heat for about 1-2 minutes).

2. After you’ve heated your milk, add one teaspoon of honey, and two teaspoons of sugar! Mix it all in well :3

3. (OPTIONAL) You can also add a sprinkle of cinnamon if you’d like! (Mix that in well too)

4. Transfer the milk into your favourite mug! This will help it cool down a little quicker, and if you have sensory issues like me, then it’ll also be helpful because your hands won’t burn up xD

You can also mix up this recipe a bit with things like vanilla essence, caramel, or fruit!

reminder that it's okay to be an age regressor who:

• doesn’t like pacifiers • regresses older than baby or toddler ages • doesn’t like pink or stereotypical baby things • regresses as an animal • doesn’t want to have a carer and/or doesn’t have a carer • has mental and/or physical disorders/disabilities/illnesses/etc. • cannot always be small • is physically an adult • has more than one carer • is religious • is lgbtqa+ • likes things like vulture culture, tattoos, piercings, and anything else normally not associated with regression • likes darker colors • is a boy • is a girl • is nonbinary, genderfluid, bigender, and any and all others • is also a carer • works in childcare (like a teacher, babysitter, etc.) • has an adult job and life • is hypersexual • is a system little • cannot always be active • takes breaks from regressing • is mature • enjoys adult things (ex: adult TV shows, politics, etc.) • is still in school • stays away from anti blogs and discourse • can’t make friends easy and/or isn’t very social • doesn’t make a lot of original content • isn’t open about your regression • prefers not to make a specific regression blog/place to regress • has an adult body and separates sexual activity from regression • are not sensitive • and any other thing you are that makes you think you’re not “normal” or a real age regressor! (im sorry if i missed anything or got anything wrong, pls be gentle if i did!)

we are not all the same, we will never be all the same. there’s no “normal”. there is no right or wrong way to regress. just be you and be safe! i promise you are real and valid, and very loved and welcome here!! 💝🌸

How to warm an age regressors heart when you're going out to eat

• let them bring a tiny toy with them (ex: tsums tsums ) • hold their hand when crossing the street • ask the waiter or waitress for the kids coloring menu so they can color! • ↑ let them get food off the kids menu at the restaurant! (If wanted) • order food and drinks for them if they’re too shy to speak (refills included) • cut their food up into little pieces so it’s easier for them to eat! • surprise them by giving them the opportunity to get any dessert they’d like!

Teenietime/Regression Box :) 

1: Box with a lid or a Shoe Box (something discrete)  2: Sippycup/ Tumbler Cup/ Bottle  3: Pacifire(s)  4: Coloring Book(s) + Crayons 5: Small baggy of kiddy treats (Goldfish, M&Ms, Teddy Grams ex.)  6: Beanie Baby/ Small plushie have a teenietime friend 7: Bedtime Book(s)  8: Dressup Accessories (crown, bracelets, Sheriff/police badge ex.) 

Take a reusable shopping bag (not see-through) to the Dollar Tree you can get everything for less then $20 Total! (Target/Walmart also works but is more expensive).  

Say you just want to get out of the house for a while or that you’re going to go shopping with friends, or you need a few things for around the house, these can be “decoy objects" 

Then you can buy what you want, but buy a few things like a binder or a magazine to place over the objects in the bag so that if they happen to catch a glance they will see the “decoy objects”.

*You can also go to yard-sales! I get so so so many things at yard-sales that are hardly used. and you don’t need a cover for those ones you just need a bag that you can’t see through! You can usually find a few within walking distance too.* 

Wait until everyone is asleep and then unpack everything into an old boot box (You can also just ask target/walmart if they have any extras you can have) or buy a small opaque container with a lid. Slide it under the bed/in the closet. 

If you feel unsafe having these items or think you’d be in a lot of trouble for them, find alternatives that make you feel small without actually being children’s items:

Tumbler cups/ decorated water bottles

Colored pens (you can print coloring pages on the down-low) 

Mardi Gras Beads/ Cute Charm Necklace 

Snacks (M&Ms, Chips, Crackers ex.) 

A flash drive/ ipod folder filled with children’s stories read aloud

Some parents don’t understand and that’s fine, but you can always find a way around it :) You just have to be willing to think outside the box! Hope this helps xoxo - Kit
