Blobert generates and can emit energy that can melt stuff... my first though was what if they had a proto (hero) suit to match his proto powers... idky but thats where i went first. like a suit that could hold it back a bit better so people are safer to touch him. (we love sweaty blobert lol) Also yeh the ftgum kinetic absorption/kinetic redistribution power is always great.

It would make sense for them to make a suit for Blobert but then again, he also has a growth [gaining tons of weight] issue, so getting him in a suit would have it's issues.

you've awoken the ancient curse within me (aka my old my hro hyperfixation ) ANYWAY FTGUM MENTION‼️‼️‼️ i was wondering what Blobert's powers had reminded me of, i literally have a big pillow of him on my bed and still didn't make the connection lmao. i always loved his quirk and how strong and big he was (not just weight but height too, he was like 8ft tall in fat form o.o). i don't remember if he did it more than once but i definitely remember some villains running into him or smth like that and they just went right into his fat and that's how he caught them,,, ough if only i could be lost in Blobert's fat.. WHO SAID THAT!!!

also on the detail of Blobert generating a lot of heat,, in summer that must be HELL he's gonna need Blubberboy to cool him down. also i can't imagine Flmbae wouldn't be the sliiiightest bit salty that technically they now both have heat powers, he's far too petty lmao

I heard only good things about Fatgum but I haven’t watched the series past season 2 or 3 lol. I would love to see him but brother I do NOT want to watch that show, no offense lol

But yey, I don’t really know a whole lot about that character save for his quirk and that really helped out what type of power Blobert now has.

He overheats sometimes but not in a way that’ll harm him… maybe towards those who physical contact lol but he just gets very sweaty.

Tiny tidbit I've been thinking

Blobert technically has powers or a lot of energy from the faulty Proto Pulse.

Though he could go out and do hero work but it's pretty much not safe for him to just use that type of energy out in the open like that also, again, he needs to be supervised with his hunger and whatnot.

Type of energy does allow him to super human strength, but he also produces a lot of heat that he can melt things if he's not careful.

He basically has mech powers without the mech suit.

So how does Leslie fair here then in terms of story and personality?

Oh, I just like the idea of him stuffing himself and goofing off with Red on their off hours.

It's not exactly canon but in a way I feel him doing that would also be in character plus I can play with his size how ever I want.

For here, if I get back to them, I would want to do some teasing [nothing like bullying or something hurtful, it's more like him not letting Red knead him or Red telling him she wouldn't help with his tummy aches], and some squashing [not flattening lol]

If what you're asking is how exactly does he fit into this blog, then these are the reasons lol

Sadly I can't share a whole lot about Les because one of the players from a campaign I'm making follows me here... 😔

But he's a Toon who was in a film from the late 80s called The Wicked Wild West.

Imagine Rescuer: Down Under and The Secrets of Nihm mixed together... but make it more Western lol

Leslie played a very serious villain in that film. One of those types of villains that definitely left mental scars in it's younger audience. He was a ruthless character; a character no one would root for.

But outside of the film, Leslie is NOTHING like the movie counterpart, he's pretty dumb, immature, goofy, you'll never not see him smiling, while in the movie, he's cold, calculated, thinks ahead, never smiles.

Aside from Leslie's attentions in the movie, it was a pretty dark film.

Do you think any of your characters would use their bellies as a shield or a way to hide someone from potential danger/out of trouble?

Like, their partner just runs in like "I need to hide! Don't ask questions!" And the other just either shoves them against the wall and leans on them to hide/plops their belly on top of them/lies on them for cover?

Or pulling them deep against their belly in protective layers of blubber? (Bonus points if they're a monster of some kind and growl at whoever is pursuing them. That in turn also sends ripples through their belly due to the growling)

Leslie would do something like that whenever he does get to a certain size. He ain't good with quick thinking and he'd end up doing something like that.

I also think of Cured DS!Markus, though it depends on the situation or how much he likes someone [he'd never admit that].

He'd hide someone and because he already has a reputation of his attitude towards other hybrids and even employees, it wouldn't be hard for someone to just stop questioning and move on.

... then he'd just leaves that person and doesn't even ask what they hell they've been up to. He's already done his good deed of the day JHFNGSHDDBJREB

I haven't given her much thought but now that you mentioned it, I feel like she would definitely be great at cooking!!!! She'd cook big saucy meals for everyone!!!

Yeah, that's kind of how I feel with the game overall. Fantastic concept! Interesting gameplay, but a majority of the characters are kinda one note ideas and aren't fleshed out much. It's why I also lean more towards fan works than the original stuff because I feel like people can give WAY more substance to the characters

Like I wish the other characters had more screen time and development. I didn't like how Vizzy took up most of the story.

And I wish there was a better indicator of how much time Rbert worked on the time because, though I love me some found family shit, it felt a little too fast. Not saying that they should've added more content of them bonding, I just want to know how long they've been working together because it just felt like a few days.

And yeah, honestly the fandom has been carrying the series with their own takes and I guess it got me liking the series even more than I should because they add more to the characters!!
