Visual Approaches.....New Modules ( Systems )
CLICK is a science fiction comedy drama sort of film, directed by Frank Coraci. Its based on a life of a character Micheal Newman acted by Adam Sandler.
Basically the whole film is focused on this amazing gadget that can control the universe ( remote control ). This remote control comes with rewind and fast forward buttons that take you to certain stages of life, either back to a stage of your life by pressing the rewind buttons and it can also take forward in life to see what you will be like in the future and how your life will turn out by pressing the forward button. The remote also comes with a life menu where you can choose which parts you want live or relive and how long you want to live it for.
The reason why I chose this image is because of the gadget that can allow you to travel in time. Traveling is movement and to have the power to move through time is mind blowing, especially when you can CLICK a button on a product and you can choose your destination, it wont cost you a penny. I think this is a great gadget to have and as fiction as it is, I think in the near future a real product like this one will be in the market. I CANT WAIT...
This is a magnificent display of fireworks. This is an image from the 2012 Olympics held in London City.
The reason why I chose this image is because it is simply astonishing and full f character. there is so much movement going on in this image, so much that the fascination carries on going. The structure the fire works create almost signifies all the nations against each other fight for one spot and that is to be number one, and this is shown by how all the fireworks seem ti be heading to the same direction, and the fact that they are all at different lengths/distances from the center, that's also looks like a symbol of some sort of status i.e wealth of different nations, population or even medal won in the Olympics.
This is a brilliant image captured in the 2012 Olympic women finals.
I chose this image because of the naturally captured effect, when I say natural effect I mean effect that was captured by the camera and not edited on some software i.e photoshop. I like the emphasize of the run made by the blur motion, it makes the two female runners stand out even more because the motion blur help us understand that the image was captured by moving, this motion also emphasize by the blured background which indicates out of focus setting of the camera...
You Can change The Picture,But The frame Remains The Same
Old school transportation used in the modern world amongst other modern transportations..
As i was on my way to pickup my mother from work, on a normal day in the afternoon. i came across this and i couldn't help but capture the moment. i captured this video clip simply because i was fascinated and wanted to use it as part of my movement theme, for obvious reasons because it is moving but also what got me fascinated is the fact that nowadays its on a rare occasion that we come across this type of transportation especially for people who live in the cities.
this kind of transportation reminds me of the olden days where horses where used for every day transportation i.e to travel to work and back, travel to see friends and relatives and as well for sports.
In this modern wold that we live in, most of us are only intrigued and fascinate by the modern transportation and they tend to forget about the revolution that has got them where they are now. i understand its easy to not acknowledge something that you never experienced or were a part of...
when thinking about movement what comes to mind is the natural movement. What i mean by this is (movement caused by natural ) the kind of movement that does not need any kind of engineering or planning to happen.
the simplicity of it all still grabs your attention because you have no idea how or when the water will drop from the higher platform to the bottom one and there is no telling which direction it will then move towards.
stupidly enough I feel the tree leafs tell a story of its own because everybody knows that leafs belong on tree branches therefore the leafs have taken a cause of movement from the tree to the water and that is also caused by natural movement..
In this clip we have natural movement again caused by nature. i chose to capture this type of movement because i wanted show that no matter the size of an object or obstacle nature can or could move or destroy the object. for instance in this clip I have captured the biggest trees in my local park ( Arboretum Park ) and these tree's are on a average size of 13 ft and above and in different sizes of width and yet regardless the size the wind still forces the trees to move. So I then stood still in the middle of the park to to test if the wind will force me to move but it didn't because I was surrounded by tree and because the trees we higher/taller then me, they blocked of the strength of the wind therefore preventing it from moving me.
