Republicans/Tea Partiers have all the passion and mojo behind them right now and I expect their turnout to be excellent throughout the country.
In PA, I think we'll see major turnover from Blue to Red in Congress. The three competitive current Dem seats I see staying Dem are PA-10 (Carney), PA-12 (Critz), and PA-4 (Altmire).
Expect Lou Barletta to finally win the congressional seat in PA-11
Bucks County PA-8 and Delaware County PA-7 will flip from Dem to GOP. Which means Corbett and Toomey will easily win as well.
I would also expect, although I really haven't been too keyed in to most of the races, that the State House and Senate should have solid GOP Majorities. So we will return to a Republican Run Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
I expect we'll see a massive reduction on Property Taxes first thing next January

Nationally, as of yesterday, I had the GOP gaining 49 seats. Then I sobered up and after looking at some last minute polls, I think we're looking at closer to 60 seats.
My final prediction for Congress will be 239 GOP, 196 Dem
Newly minted House Speaker Boehner's first act in the next congress will be to repeal the Tanning Tax from the health care reform bill.
In the Senate, I see some good news for Dems.
Of the 6 states that Congressional Quarterly still shows as Toss Ups, (PA, WV, IL, CO, NV, WA) I think Republicans will win only one of those (Toomey). I think Reid just barely gets by, due to the "None of the Above" option in Nevada, and the heavy union GOTV effort in Vegas and the surrounding suburbs. I think the same GOTV effort in Chicagoland will help Alexi Giannoulias get past Mark Kirk. And I think the lead Denver Mayor Hickenlooper has in the Colorado Governor race will help moderate Dem Senator Michael Bennet keep his seat.
So I expect the final Senate tally to be 52 Dems, 46 GOP, 2 Independents (Who will caucus with the GOP)
Two other quickie predictions:
It will be months before we know who the next Alaska Senator will be.
Prop 19 (Legalizing Marijuana in California) will unfortunately, fail.
And one final thought....I predicted Joe Sestak would lose by 10 points to Arlen Specter 3 days before the election, so defnately take these predictions with many, many grains of salt.
