#i saw her video. basically she and her husband grew up in a conservative area and they were each other's first bf/gf#4 years into their marriage the husband got an autism diagnosis and realized that he wasn't meeting his wife's emotional needs#and so he offered to his wife to open the marriage. because they still loved each other - he just wanted her to be taken care of#and the wife was like. sure. and the husband asked his best friend he'd known for longer than he'd known his wife#and the best friend hit it off with the wife. so they started dating#the men didn't date each other - they remained close friends while the wife dated both of them#then a few years later the wife met a third guy at work and they became friends#the guy's wife divorced him and remarried - so he was alone#he saw the dynamic this woman had with her partners - and he became friends with those men and hit it off with them#(all of them are into nerd stuff like TTRPG and magic the gathering)#and so he asked if he could enter the polycule. and the woman was like sure. and they hit it off#so she's accidentally collected 3 nearly-identical white bears as partners#they all have different work schedules and different emotional/physical needs so she doesn't feel overwhelmed by them#and allegedly they are good partners that upkeep the house and don't make her do a ton of labor#good for her.
