This is a clangen blog loosely based on of the Stanley Parable game! This story follows the cat Perchclaw who, after waking up one day, finds his whole clan to be gone. He’s utterly alone… well apart from a voice that keeps talking to them. The voice says his name is ‘The Narrator’ and he seems very persistent for Perchclaw to listen to him and ‘follow the story’.

But that’s not the only weird thing… whenever he dies, it seems to reset him back to the day his clan went missing.

Perchclaw is checking the border lines when he hears a sound - A hiss of pain? And despite The Narrators words to leave it alone, he follows the sound and finds an injured loner with a wound. The loner asks for help to which Perchclaw is happy to oblige, glad to have some cat to talk to that isn’t The Narrator.
