PATHARUS NO! I know your not from here so I shall explain it to you. Its not always best to accept food from strangers, especially if its not given to you in person. What if you or your family get sick from eating that?

“Wh-what?? What do you mean it’s made of human? Oh gosh, I have to throw this stuff away right now!”

Hey Patharus, what did you look like as a baby or kid?

“Ah, I had to go rifling through many an old shoebox with my mother to find this but here it is!”

“Look how cute I was! I carried that stuffed kitty around for years after my mother bought it for me.”

A small brown paper-wrapped package arrives through the letterbox. Inside is a bundle of pleasant-smelling smoked jerky, and a note reading "Welcome to Arstotzka, from your friend in the MOI" along with a little smiley-face

“Oh? What’s this?”Patharus retrieved the package from where it rested on the floor by his front door. Upon reading the note within and examining the package’s contents a big grin spread across his face.

“Well, how kind of them! I’ll have to share this with my family!”

“I think she’s a wonderful person! So far she’s the only one of my neighbors that greeted me since we moved here, and so kindly too! She’s quite pretty too, her clothes are so colorful!”

“I would love to become her friend, if she’d like that.”

“Oh– Hey there! Nice to meet you, my name is Patharus! So nice to see that someone around here is kind! Everyone else seems so gloomy…”

“Hey there! My name is Patharus, and (if you couldn’t already tell just from my name...) I’m not really from around here... My family and I moved to Arstotzka from outside the region recently and, let me tell you, it sure is different from home out here!”

“Here’s to hoping I can make some new friends! And while I’m at it, I can answer questions too if you have any for me!”
