Sometimes it even socializes with other groups of dholes to form “super packs” of more than 30 members! Teamwork enables these hunters to take down prey ten times their size. And unlike many other species of canid, dholes allow their pups to feed first on kills. Their diet includes pigs, deer, and buffalo.

Been trying to work on the start of the Bael/Rad story. Would anyone read it?

To explain it simply, it is a monster romance in an urban fantasy setting, (a modern era, with fantastical elements incorporated) all draped over a murder mystery plot.

Our main focuses are Bael Blackwood De Asmodeum, the owner of the Blackwood Hotel for Monsters, and Radical Brighton - paranormal investigator and Aspengard (a role I shall get into later).

Their dynamic has them start as colleagues, soon forming a rapport with each other.

After a pregnant guest at the hotel gets murdered, Bael has no choice but to call in the last person he'd want to - a woman known for looking into the bizarre, a face he's seen many times over the years - the Aspengard, the reincarnation of Atalanta and the chosen warrior of Artemis herself.

While coaxing through the aftermath of a shitty breakup with a creepy sorcerer, Rad stumbles upon a job that has her living in luxury and working for a pretty face she's ninety percent certain she's seen before.

And even if her relationship with her goddess feels like it's fading, surely doing something like this will catch her attention. Right?
