I’m happy to say that my anxiety is at the lowest it’s been since last year. I’m happy that I can say I’m happy about anything at all lol I think I’m just feeling completely stagnant right now. Honestly I’d rather feel bored and content than miserable and suffocated, but I want to feel like I’m not settling for “just fine.” I think that when you feel so incredibly awful for months on end, you’d settle for feeling okay.
