I'm so upset, man. I pitched an idea to a company a couple of months ago and my own supervisor shot it down and derailed me. I had the project in the bag but she wanted to go a different direction with the lab. Whatever.

Today I find out a colleague at the lab is doing the exact same research, word for word, bar for bar, FOR THE FRIGGIN SPACE AGENCY.

I got derailed out of spacecraft applications because I wasn't stubborn enough to stand up for my ideas and allowed my pitch to get derailed. Holy shit I'm so upset.

Fucking SPACE.
