They had Vi say to Caitlyn “Who decides who gets a second chance?” and then had Caitlyn immediately basically spend the rest of the episode acting out her reply of ‘you, my love’ and I was supposed to be normal about that??

Omg max and chloe have another game and they're endgame? I loved playing the first game with them shipped them so much didn't know they had another game with max and chloe

They do!!! Life is strange: Reunion

It came out end of March and if you loved the first game, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one.

I don't think it'll ever beat the first one, but it does have a similar feel and I even played Double Exposure before this one, which you can probably skip as the intro to Reunion gives you a summary (and I struggled with that game a bit, it was very slow).

The fucking montage at the end of Reunion gets its own post because what the fuck was that? You want me to CRY?? The flashbacks to not only LiS but Farewell, BtS and DE??? The way it shows Max and Chloe are parallel and connected even when they’re apart? Shooting me would have hurt less!!! Those are my babies!!!

I made a post before the game released saying that I was hoping for some kind of closure for Max and Chloe or at least an ending I didn’t hate; Reunion absolutely gave me that. It’s by no means a perfect game but it fucking nailed that. I hadn’t had a reaction to the ending of a video game that strongly in YEARS. It feels earned and just. AH. So fucking good.

It felt earned as all the other LiS games ended in some kind of tragedy or an impossible decision and (depending on the choices of course) in Reunion, we got closure.

I enjoyed how it came full circle and kind of showing us in the end they're soulmates and meant to be.

Sure, it probably was some kind of fan service, but it was emotionally mature. It was done with a lot of care. Did I want more? Always. Was I content? Absolutely.
