Act of Contrition
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, and I detest all my sins, because of Your just punishments, but most of all because they offend You, my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin.
Healing Prayer
God Father, your infinite healing presence, which created my body and all its organs, knows all the processes and functions of my body. Please God Father, make your infinite glory manifest in my mind and body. Please God Father, let your wholeness and vitality flow through me, and that every part of my being is transformed by you. So I may pour out life, love, truth, and beauty on every living being. God Father, Please pour energy, power, strength, vitality, joy, love, and beauty into every cell of my body, restoring and rejuvenating my whole being. God Father, Please flow through me now, healing, vitalizing, and energizing my whole being. Thank you God Father for the healing, which is taking place now. In Jesus Name. Amen
