Bobby Proctor is Back!!!
Bobby Proctor is back!!!
We all know him, we all love him. He’s the life of the party and / or session. Bobby had a tough start to his Summer with having to get well needed knee surgery and we are happy to announce that he is back and shredding. These pic’s are from several trips ago, but none the less are a pretty good look into what Bobby does best. Enjoying Life and Shredding! No matter the obstacle he is never on the side lines and always gets in on the session. You’ll never hear “I cant ride this” from this dude and thank god. Take note kids, the days of only riding one thing are over. How refreshing to see it go back to how it was. I see more kid’s shredding everything these days. Riders like Mr. Proctor here are the reason you see so many young guns in New England shredding it all. Hats off Bobby and make sure to give him a high five next time you see him, I know he will have one for you! Pic’s by the talented Sam Lawson.

Phillip Cote Dodging Black Holes and Destroying DIY Gold
Phillip Cote with our latest ad. Tight, uneven, bumpy, and gnarly, this was the move of the day. Phil with a under ice at the top of a “DIY” vert wall on one of our day adventures. If you ever get the chance to see Mr. Cote ride you will surly be impressed. We have some bigger projects in the works so stay posted to find out where the footage from this hot move will end up. There is even talk of full length feature in the works. Stay tuned and keep creating.

Limited Supply Left of our Logo and Sprocket Designs T’s.
Guys and Gals head over to our store and help support what Pareidolia does on a weekly basis. There are only 3 Logo T’s in this color way left. 1 Large, 1 Medium, and 1 XL and then this color way will not be made again. We have 9 of the Sam Lawson designed sprocket T in stock as well, in sizes Medium to XL so grab those while you can. Every run is limited and we order small. We are not out to take over the world and are happy to do small runs more often then have an endless supply of the same color ways and designs. All profits go back into what we do. Maybe its purchasing camera gear to make a video or edit, trips with the crew, or another run of new merch, either way your support is appreciated and makes the difference in the long run to keep the creative process going. Help Support what we do. That being said we have been a bit slow these last few months with keeping all of you guys in the loop on whats going on here at Pareidolia. Mostly due to it being summer and the sessions being so heavy. We have a lot of great things in the works and I will be posting on all platforms keeping everyone who is interested updated more often in the future. Good things are in the works and will be dropping soon. From the crew and myself thanks to everyone for the support, you guys rule!

North East BMX Collective Jam
Guy’s and Gal’s sorry for the lack of posts on our actual website these days. In this modern age of get up and go, information over load, quick easy apps, go pro’s, and vlogs it almost seems like these type of things seem behind the times. That being said we love more in-depth stuff and were happy to announce that one of our newest riders and New England badasses Andrew Stadnik is throwing a Jam this weekend, Saturday the 6th of May, at The Edge Indoor Skate Park starting at 6pm. Instead of rambling on, here are some words from the man himself below in quotations, about the event and how he got the idea or inspiration to throw the up coming jam. Enjoy the read and hope to see you there. We here at Pareidolia are proud to be apart of Stad’s jam and on the line up with some of New England and BMX finest. See you on the deck. -shajn
Words From Andrew:
“"Northeast BMX Collective"- How it came to be.. Well dang, I'm not much of one for writing things out but here goes. Lately my mind has been absolutely scattered with organizing this event, renovating my soon to be home(an old tow behind camper), and my full time day job in residential construction and renovation so bear with me here. I guess the driving factor that motivated me to do this has been the countless awesome bmx jams I have been to or seen go down in my short number of years riding. They happen everywhere and always seem to be such a great time. New England Jam Chowder, Texas Toast, Donner party to name a few I think are the most inspirational because they really highlight the diy culture in BMX. It's really cool to think that some people just got together and made these big BMX jams happen. That's what got me started on this. Then being a part of some smaller parking lot jams with really good vibes and seeing riders being stoked on it. It's incredibly motivating when you bring some ramps to a parking lot and people are having fun. But When you put a quarter pipe in the bed of your pick up truck and get people blasting airs out of that, that's when I knew I wanted more sessions, jams, BMX parties, obscure obstacles, good vibes, and people sending it! To be on the other side now and experience what goes into putting these things on has been an incredible experience... stressful as fuck, but I get a really good feeling doing it. I had been talking with my closest friends about doing this and there is no way I could've done this with out them. The Pareidolia guys are sooo fucking rad and supportive when it comes to doing cool shit. It was an idea quickly transformed into action. Shajn and I met with Dave and carol who own edge and picked a date. That was the tricky part because I am moving to St. Louis the end of May and our meeting was in February. The next time we do this I think more time for planning would be helpful. Or not... idk. It's funny because a good part of me doesn't expect it to go as planned so my expectation vs reality spectrum is wide open for anything to happen. the way I see it, I'm gathering a bunch of homies to shred at a skatepark and have a bunch of product to give away(huge thank you to all the sponsors). How could it go wrong? Aside from that are the added bonuses. The kids who haven't been to a jam yet will be able to see how much fun BMX is, a bunch of us will do or witness some gnarly maneuvers, and who knows what else?... maybe someone will have a fun memory to share with their kids. Or maybe someone will host an even better BMX jam next year. I don't know how things will go the day of but I'm confident it will definitely at least be an ok time to hang out. I do know that every time I'm on my bike and G out pumping around a corner or roast through the air I can't help but ask myself how this can be so much fricken fun. So I encourage y'all, if you have fun on your bike, come do that with your friends, brands, shops, and obstacles that help make that fun possible. I have so much love, gratitude, and respect for BMX and everyone that has helped make this happen. See you soon. Andrew Stadnik
NEW SITE!
Welcome to our NEW site, here’s our homepage while we construct a cleaner more up to date version to be released later this summer. This site has team pages, media, and a online store if your not near any shops that carry our goods. I would like to take a moment to announce two new additions to the Pareidolia family. Andrew Stadnik ( @andrewjstadnik ) and Phillip Cote ( @philthyOne ). These dudes shred and are fully down for the cause and the rest of the crew, so go give them a follow. Also I’d like to kick things off with a sweet edit Mr. Lawson did of a trip this past summer to Boondocks before it got plowed (R.I.P BOONS). Sam and few other heads from the crew went out to Long Island and here is a little of what went down that weekend. Filmed and edited in that classic raw style, enjoy. Thanks to the shops and anyone else who has and keeps supporting what we do. You all rule.-SR
