I hate painting the most when I draw, but I had so much fun painting Nirah's art <333 After a long period of artblock, it is so refreshing to paint something in a style so differetn to the one of your own!! It was so funny to see how colours can alter so much one's aesthetic HCs about the same character!

City of Stars (2025-06-24) (Fic) #JonaDio #Mudad
AlrightAlrightAlright, starting hard with City of Stars (my longest project in a while), wahh!! Revisiting the starting point feels so exciting haha.
Either way... about the first line, what can I say? It's not that a BAM! sound tells you a lot... I think I like the detail of not using the character names yet (despite all of us knowing who they are because for a reason we've clicked under the JonaDio+Giorno tag hahah). Alsoo-... I remember learning lil' Italian reaction words when I started writing this fic just to make the Italian setting more... vivid? Idk how that went ahahaha.
2. Ref; Rain 2025-12-24 (Fic) #JonaDio
Well... Idk what's the first line: the description in bold or Dio's dialogue. If it's the description in bold, I think we can all agree that this is not gonna be a serious fic and rather a """""drama""""" turned comedy hAHAH. If the first line is Dio's dialogue, we also get it's gonna be some kind of comedy + Dio being Way a LOt of facepalm hahahah
As a funfact, this fic is the reason of my HC about Dio hating strawberries hahaah (said in the fic, you'll have to read if wanna know 🤗). This fic feels pretty special to me as well bc it was the starting point of my friendship with @nirahgasai, hahaha. It all started under the idea of 'JonaDio and a sofa' and... do we get the sofa in my first lines? Nope-. Seems my first lines are never representative enough of what's acutally happening? hahha

Alright, I absolutely do not know how long I've been saying I'm posting this and I'm still trying to finish editing it, ah... Either way, let's focus on the... '1st line'. As this is a one-shot (well, Ref; Rain also was...), I think the initial conflict is stated more clearly: setting is Jonathan and Erina's Honeymoon shown by the end of Phantom Blood, and Dio is... definitely plotting something. I was doubting whether to include the lines till that 'Wrryyy' or not. Perhaps including them is cheating in this post? Don't know. I feel, judging all the fics I've commented till now that I tend to do an introduction of the introduction, and therefore commenting just the very first start does not really get you into the story.
4. Fallen Angel (2025-05-23) (UNPOSTED) #JoseCae
OOhHH. First Non-JonaDio in here. Do you know this was my first ever Jojo Fic draft? I started in this fandom through JoseCae hahaha. Either way... let's see what these lines have to tell us... Again- not much hhahaha. Joseph was definitely asleep, and the thudthud sound is someone walking on there. Truth be told, that someone is Caesarino, but imagining it is more fanservice imagination than real proof. Not that it informs about the real plot either....
Funfact time: I started writing this piece as a way to study for a subject of mine in University (Philosophy in the Middle Age). I was gonna play with the fact of Joseph's ego feeling like he can outsmart anyone (and annoying Caesar greately) and the fact it's canon Caesar is Catholic. I intended to do like... some real intelectual battle between logic and spirituality.
PPl, im serious when I say I did not remember writing this. WtF hHAHAHA. Let's see. I think this may be the best intro so far: here we clearly get all the key information. We're featuring Rohan as our MC and we're going to see his adventures from Morioh to Tokyo.
The way this intro was written, I also think that it was highly motivated by part 4th storyteller and given what's said, I must've based the setting on the little info we get thanks to the Rohan OVAs?
What's definitely unimaginable here are the couples: JosuHan and JotaKak. Rohan was gonna meet Josuke in the Shinkansen to Tokyo, and there in Tokyo JotaKak was gonna appear as a established couple with its own marriage life problems.
(Funfact: this is the 2nd Jojo fic I wrote!! Man, my socials are like fully JonaDio and if you look up at my starting point, it's every single couple but JonaDio jAJAHhA)
6. Polaris (2025-07-11) (UNPOSTED) #RisDia (Risotto x Diavolo)
Well, well, well... Polaris time, finally!! I ABSOLUTELy love this piece and idk if you know but Risotto x Diavolo is like top for me. This work is a side story of my main Jojo fic City of Stars, with which we started this fic analysis. Can't tell the introduction really tells us what's gonna happen. I mean, the fic is about Risotto and Diavolo, and here we're starting with Doppio. I don't think it's a bad starting point though since it's introducing Doppio's character and through those gaps, like... interferences in his daily life, we're diving into Diavolo's character. It's kind of a subtle thing in order to keep Diavolo's mystery.
I couldn't posted this story by the moment it was written because I needed to wait for City of Stars to reach the point where it would not be a spoiler for future events. It's been a time since we reached that point and I haven't posted it yet due to my burnout, but I'm definitely doing it at some point! It also features a little JonaDio hahaah. It tells the events that happened between chapters 31-32 I'd say!
My attempt with this story was to make my stand on Diavolo and Doppio's identity. TID is a reality that touches me a lot, and I really wanted to write a story in which it is like the angular stone of it because it's... like inherent to Diavolo and Doppio, but rather than 'a problem' is something they live with. How it affects in their daily life and in their relationships. TID in the own Jojo work was portraid as 'two souls in one body' and that is the old conception on TID. I do not like the term 'soul' and really wanted to make a respectful attempt on a more modern conception of TID, a system's portait.

Okay and... Now I think it's time to change fandoms because I still have a lot of unposted drafts but it's like abusing of unposted work. Alright- whAT happened when I changed to my Jojo Era that almost none introductions said as much as my JJK Era ones hAHAHAH. LIKE. PLS. we GET ALL THE INFO HERE: who talks? Gojo. To whom: Sukuna. Why? Shovel talk. And of course the when wnd where thanks to those words in bold. I must say this was a oneshot and when I do oneshots... perhaps I tend to condense stuff better hahaha.
8. Kikufuku's not Like other Souvenirs (2025-04-05) (Post) #SukuFushi
Well. This is literally a description of what happens in the anime in the first episode, right before Yuuji eats Sukuna's fingers ahaha. It was my way to introduce canon-divergence tho! The work is SukuFushi, but I think that the fact it starts with Gojo is pretty cool? Like... Look at the title: Kikufuku's not like other souvenirs. It's literally a phrase this one says in the anime/manga by the moment this starts, and it makes some kind of hook in the story that also helps for the circular narration structure by the end of the work!
Funfact: this may be one of the works that get me the most emotional? I don't normally deal with Reincarnation stuff due to my philo stands, but I did here bc I was writing for the skfs week and... ah, other than what's written I think it's the non-written stuff but insinuated thing about the Reincarantion that touches me so deeply. I'm planning to do an extended version of my Reincarnation thoughts, idk if it'll be in the Jojo fandom or in a future one I get in, let's see!

pPL. THis intro sounds so serious and I can tell you this is like the work I laugh the most with HAHAHA. I think that's the point as well? The introduction is so serious, and then it downfalls into comedy. Nerd Comedy in many cases though? Idk. Idk.

Cheesy, right? hAHAHA this was the first fic I wrote after a 4year break of writing fic I'd say, and also my first time writing fic in English. Does it tell something about the plot? Not sure. But at least we get that Sukuna is so whipped for Fushiguro Megumi by that last line hahahaha.
I think this is the fluffliest fic I've ever written? Idk, I was just sucker for fluff by that moment.

Right after reading my post again, I think I cheated a lot because not only I included unposted fics but also I think they are not 'the 10 most recent fics'... I think the fact of including unposted fics are what ended up confusing me, bc I just navitagated through my google docs page looking up for Jojo stuff and then it was like: well, enough of unposted, and I just open the stuff from JJK I had around. It's not that it makes too much of a different though because everything included in this post has been written in the past year. I thought I would cringe a lot with my writing, but I must not have done it because they are all very recent. If you wanna see me cringe, I should make this with my firt ten fics ever HHAHA like... when I was 13 yo and wrote fic in broken Spanish.

(I needed this exercise in self-criticism. Order: from newest to oldest)

Okayyy. The character and the conflict aren't shown yet, but I like to describe the atmosphere first so readers can visualize the setting they're walking into before interacting with the protagonist.
--"Giorno remained in bed, wrapped in the covers like a butterfly cocoon after spending nearly half an hour hunched over the toilet, vomiting even the breakfast from the day before." - Life Experience | Misgio.
Yeah, it sounds gross, but since the description and tags of the story already give you a hint of where the plot is going, this first paragraph stops looking so weird. (Then again, I love describing the places and feelings that surround the character).
-- "If I'm tryna be special." - Rebirth (Bruabba)
This intro makes it clear that we are dealing with the protagonist's thoughts. It's a song lyric (so it's not my own creativity, sorry!), but the main point is that the story starts right off with a dilemma.
-- "Bruno had been working on his invisibility experiment for a long time." - Invisibility (Bruabba)
Sounds like it would be some serious sci-fi with advanced science, but it's actually the start of a very embarrassing moment with Abbacchio, and Bruno taking advantage of the perks of science in a not-so-pure way. Thanks to the tags, you can catch a little glimpse of the future hehe.
-- "Bruno woke with the sensation of being wrapped in golden clouds beneath the light of the rising sun." - Echoes (Bruabba)
Since the summary already lets you know that the core theme is reincarnation, I wanted this first line to highlight the idea of Bruno's past life before his new reality hits her.
-- "The lights were turned off, one per one, while Bruno was going inside the house on direction to his bedroom, and then the place ended up in a calm penumbra, with just the light of the Moon that filtered itself through the windows." - Sleep Time (Bruabba)
Description of the setting surrounding the character (yes, again). But I think it's fair and necessary because since it's a horror story, I feel that what helps the most to build that tension is making the reader experience it through the descriptions of the place.
-- "Abbacchio got rid of his Tinder account and immediately deleted the app from his phone with a sharp swipe of his thumb." - Blind? (Bruabba)
This line marks the beginning of Abbacchio's frustration right before he agrees to a "blind date" that ends up being... well, a pretty literal interpretation of the term.
-- "Passione’s mansion was always filled with noise, Narancia complaining about Fugo, the lingering scent of gunpowder clinging to Mista, and Giorno’s constant presence, which Abbacchio had noticed seemed to steal every second of Bruno’s attention." - The Other World (Bruabba)
Thanks to the tags, we enter the context of a Coraline-based AU. Here I go back to descriptions of the environment, but focused on Abbacchio's sensory and emotional overload, which helps to perfectly understand why a Bruno with button eyes will become so tempting later on.

First line and someone is already dead lol. It kicks off right away with the trigger that will unleash the real conflict of the story.

I wanted the mystical and nightly atmosphere where the setting unfolds to be felt right from the first paragraph, setting the stage for the romance that is about to happen as night falls.
It was fun making these observations about what I write because sometimes I just let my imagination fly. I hope I did well because at first I didn't know if I was expressing myself properly.
Sometimes it feels as if I only drew JonaDio but there are so many jojo couples I enjoy indeed bashaha JoseCae are my #2 fav Jojo Couples and of course I needed to do something for them <3 Caesarino is just so pretty, don't you think so? I tried to honour his beauty.... hope it was fine, hehe
Our JonaDio interpretations differ so much... but I think that there is at least one thing in common... Any thoughts on what the two Jonathan could do tbe second thereafter....?
