I just feel like it’s been ages since I last took a real nap. I’ve always needed naps so I can sleep better at night, if that even makes sense? I don’t know, most people don’t do naps so they can sleep at night but I can’t be alone in this one. Also, yeah, I’m rambling because guess what? I didn’t take a nap and now my sleep won’t kick in

nah - see i’m the type where one nap in the afternoon just ruins my entire sleep schedule. but maybe i sleep past the allotted time you’re supposed to? i know there’s a happy middle in there somewhere. if you get like ... exactly 90 minutes in or something, then you’ve hit the right amount of time to not be sleepy afterwards? uncertain, honestly. could be wrong on every account. but more power to you if you’ve found a way to get more sleep in your day. teach me your ways.
