It only lasts for a second, though, because Lev’s HAPPINESS is ruined instantly, gaping at his upperclassman when Kenma does say that. He claps his hands together in a PLEA, eyes scrunching shut.
“Don’t make me go over there, please! I swear it’d haunted or something! I’ll gather my proof for you, I promise, I just can’t do it right now! What if we… what if we went for a JOG or something? If the door’s OPEN by the time we get BACK that means it has to be true!”
“So an I owe you...” He’s not sure what he’d even ask of Lev, now or later. If anything he may just ask for a pass on extra practice, though that may be a waste. Getting out of it was already easy enough. A snack...?

“What kind of ghost is this supposed to be?” A curious look. Though at the mention of a jog he frowns, face showing displeasure. Luckily for Lev, however, he’s yet to go on one today. “Thank you. I’m pretty ordinary though.” People who saw him swim that didn’t have an immense knowledge of the sport were usually impressed, but he wouldn’t let those things get into his head. There were still so many that were faster and had better form than he did. But that didn’t mean he wasn’t any good either.

He climbed out of the pool, going to his gym bag to grab his towel, he wiped his face. “Don’t take this the wrong way but- don’t taller people usually play volleyball?” He didn’t know much but he did recall seeing a team or two at school and they were always full of pretty big guys.
