Overall i really loved this game i havent enjoyed a main character this much in a while!
actually i don't think mavbo OR seavbo are yaoi. i think they're all weird as fuck and nonbinary. i think parkour civilization has like, a parkour course you need to complete to be assigned your parkour gender. and all noobs are genderless because you can only access that course on the pro level. and also parkour genders aren't male or female because parkour civilians don't reproduce sexually, as we know, and there's probably wayyy more than two of them. i think that evbo is agender and struggles with this because in the pro and master levels, being agender means you're still consider a noob. i think parkour gender actually has no defining physical characteristics because they're assigned at random, and are thus simply labels, but (like many things in parkciv) completing the parkour gender challenge course and receiving your parkour gender is just something that you Have To Do. and because gender is randomly assigned, many parkour civilians actually want to change theirs and thus go through the course again until they get something they like (which sometimes doesn't work, because they actually fall outside any of the parkour genders, and they just have to live with whatever they're assigned despite not identifying with it). I think that parkour gender is entirely arbitrary yet still important to parkour society, because having defined and assigned genders limits parkour self-expression, and the parkour gender system is one evbo tries to reform as parkour champion.
thank you for coming to my ted talk ??
what if daily tasks were actually gendered instead of randomly assigned. what if there were certain styles of parkour heavily associated with certain genders (sort of like gendered clothing?) what if there actually was gendered clothing. what if it was like styles of boots or certain colors rather than skirts/pants wtvtf. what if there were traditional parkour relationships (maybe not sexual or even romantic ones!) that involved certain amounts of individuals of certain genders.
parkour gender pay gaps. some genders get less or different blocks based on gender. parkour gender stereotypes. parkour queerness. parkour transgenderism. parkour homophobia. so much to consider
anyway agender evbo trans emf you agree reblog
the perfect device
