So I've had this Levi x reader idea in my head for a week since i restarted Friends, and I just can't leave it alone.
It's a story where it starts the same way the show does, with the reader running into a café (Levi's mom owns it) in a wedding dress and runs into Hange, whose her old college friend but they drifted apart. Then, obviously, she meets "the gang" (Moblit, Miche and Nanaba, Erwin and Nifa, and Levi), and she tells hange she left her fiance (Zeke, duh) because he was cheating.
Reader moves in with Moblit and Hange, she gets a job at Kuchel's shop, and slowly, her and Levi fall in love. The boys are trying to get Levi to admit his feelings, and the girls are trying to get the reader to admit hers, but they're just so afraid of ruining the friendship and dynamic. And I really like the idea that Hange knows they both like each other and they're dying because they want them to admit it themselves but they won't.
Also they have to watch each other see other people but it never lasts and they're constantly salty about it but don't want to talk about it.
Idk I have it all here in my brain, and I love it, but I don't write so I'm dying inside because the ending Is like they either admit it normally, they have an argument and it slips, or it's a chandler/Monica moment where someone gets married and they sleep with each other and then start seeing how it goes.
