           the loud tone of the bell sliced through the daze within theo’s head- his mind instantly repealing itself from the haze of feelings he was in. he was truly blessed and extremely happy that he was finally able to be with her; and honestly he wouldn’t have it any other way. he can’t even recall the amount of times he laid in bed and calculated how many ways or how many days it’d be until he finally got to see her again. it was as if the first moment he saw her kept replaying and replaying in his head. 

             a confused look is on his face when she mentions his schedule for a moment, eyes blinking before the ah-ha moment finally arises. “ i don’t have class, but.. “ he trails off, already reaching for his phone. “ i was supposed to supervise the first years’ practice today. “ he says, tapping away at his phone. “ but don’t worry, i’ve got back up so i’m all yours. “ theo grins, looking back at the woman in front of him. with his fingers interlocked with hers, he takes a step forward, heading out of the classroom. “ anything you want to do, babe. are you hungry? “

hi friends!! so school has started for me again and because i am terrible at time management and procrastinate way too much, i am going on a semi-hiatus! such that, i will continue/queue up my current threads, but only plot selectively. i’ll probably be back around late may. thank you everyone for understanding and let’s all have a good semester!!

       ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  hyunwoon gazes blankly at the screen, the trade complete sign appearing moments ago, yet somehow the trade option is continuously blinking in the corner. he’s fully aware that his best friend is fast approaching her tipsy point, but he can’t help but to feel slightly entertained at the cute but slurred words. he sets the console down to sip the last of his beer before turning towards areum, “ right, right. nothing makes sense. “ he repeats, rolling his neck to stretch. “ maybe the drop rate will be better tomorrow? they have events like that and stuff. two or four times drop rate. “ hyunwoon notes, hands sticking in his pocket to reach for his wallet. “ you should probably call it a day, though. the luck is wearing out. “

     ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  “ alright, alright!! but don’t say i didn’t warn you. “ jae mutters the last bit, his key already inside of the doorknob. it wasn’t that he wasn’t grateful for the help, more so he was quite embarrassed. he was absolutely certain jihyun could see through his facade-- even all these months of not seeing each other couldn’t change that. he turned to his best friend then, hand on the doorknob before sighing softly. “ just.. don’t judge me, okay? everything’s really a mess. “ he confesses with a meek smile before opening the door to his humble abode. though, the door wouldn’t open all the way, so jae forcefully and simultaneously pushed his body weight against the door to get the pair inside, unveiling his incredibly cluttered living space.

    ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  the sound of clattering ceramic was abundant in the kitchen, as hide dug for bowls and mini dishes for the side dishes-- the male was so used to cooking for solely himself, he had no idea where his other bowls went. popping back up to check on the noodles, hide offers a chuckle at mention of the pick-up lines before blatantly replying. “ hmm, perhaps. “ he teases, “ but hey! you have to admit, a lot of the ones I showed you were pretty good... weren’t they? “ he trails off, adding the seasoning packets into the pot and letting it boil a little while longer before pouring them into bowls. he saw the smile on her face waver from his peripheral vision and regardless of the cause, he mentally cursed himself for his inability to keep her from thinking about her ex. 

         “ mm, i’m happy. “ he starts, shuffling to plate up the other mini dishes. “ i’m not too into the dating scene though, i just haven’t found someone yet, i guess. “ a lie. a big lie. because the only girl he ever had feelings for was sitting here right in front of him. but he couldn’t tell her that, he didn’t know if he could ever tell her that, actually. he attempted to bring back the prior mood with a smile, serving her the bowl of ramen that he knew she loved. “ eat up, it’s your favorite. “

              it wasn’t long until it felt like theo had fallen in love with nika all over again. even with paying attention to her words, he couldn’t help but to stare at her, loving the way she looked when she was excited. even the way she articulated her words became attractive to theo, a smile never leaving his face while listening to her. it felt like a dream to him, something so surreal he couldn’t even be so sure that it was real.

             he was absolutely delighted to see the twinkle in her eyes while she spoke, her excitement almost enough for the both of them. theo was never one to show much emotion, unless it was anger on the court, but it felt right being vulnerable around nika. he nodded at her words, and doesn’t let a moment pass before he can’t control his impulse-- he takes her cheeks in his hands and kisses her softly, his emotions flying. “ you have no idea. all i’ve been wanting and thinking about is you. i’m so happy you’re here, with me. “

     ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  it hurt his heart to hear the pain in his best friend’s voice. his smile was reluctant, yet he still managed to press his cheek to the top of her head as she hugged him, his arms looping around loosely. “ you don’t have to thank me, bora. i’d help you with anything, regardless. “ he articulates before letting go and watching her walk into the room. an inaudible sigh left him-- if killing wasn’t illegal, that jerk would have been dead by now. feet moving to the kitchen, he starts putting together a meal, one that was all too familiar to him and bora: instant ramen. he was sure that it wasn’t much, but he wanted to make sure she was comfortable and what better way to get comfy than through food, right? with the pot of water boiling, hide lifts his head at her voice, side smiling at the last bit. “  don’t worry about it, it’s alright! you’re my best friend so you’re always welcome here. “ he continues, a slight playful tone to his voice, “ and you definitely don’t have to worry about the last part, believe me. “

      “ hm? “ hide questions, head popping up from the kitchen to glance at his best friend.  as their gazes meet, his eyes scan over the t-shirt that she’s holding up and nods, making his way over to where she’s standing. “ yeah, of course. go for it. “ he notes, voice reassuring. he’s aware that it’s been a hectic evening, so hide sets a glass of water down on the nearby table for her before nodding towards his room. “ don’t worry about the clothing situation, we can figure it out later. but, “ he continues, “ if you wanna, you can get changed in my room. i’ve got sweats and stuff you can use too. “

      ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  a small, shy chuckle escapes from theo, his arms already making its way around nika’s figure. he leans his side against a desk to make sure that the pair doesn’t topple over after her initial bear hug, but nonetheless theo takes her into his arms, hugging her just as tight. his smile was so wide, he felt his cheeks ache; none of that mattered in that moment though. he knew how long they had waited for this and how happy it made the both of them. no more screens, no more lost or shitty internet connection-- just pure, physical interaction. 

          a dumb grin is on his face again after hearing her words, his head moving over a bit to kiss the top of her head and then her forehead, gently. “ trust me, i still can’t believe it either. “ he murmurs, tilting his head to look down at her. damn, he was lucky. “ you’re damn sneaky though, babe. “ he teased, playfully poking at her side.

PLOT:  My muse and your muse have been talking and flirting for quiet some time now, but every time your muse asks to go out, mine has to reject it because unfortunately for them, my muse is the daughter of a gang leader and can’t just “go out”. BUTTTTT, your muse has absolutely no idea, so my muse makes up excuses to get out of them, today, she just so happens to be “sick at home”.      ( ˚ ｡⋆୨୧˚ ✧ )  a pout is already forming on the blonde’s lips, strands of long locks sprawled atop her pillow while she lays. the tips of her fingers are hovering over the last few messages the pair had exchanged; she was feeling so excited, but it seemed as if her excitement would always disappear, the thought of having to go through the same cycle of explanations with her father’s supervisors and then her father. she so obviously had feelings for him and wanted to go out with him. to be a normal girl on a normal date. she scoffed then, the thought of it being so obscure. she didn’t want to give him the wrong idea, because she really did have feelings for him, but she was sure that if he found out, he’d leave for sure. 

already feeling so terrible, misaki sighed in frustration, typing out yet another excuse.

PLOT:  my muse is literally just a complete slob, apartment just full of empty cans, discarded food trays, plates, etc. your muse is here because mine can’t get ahold of his life because all he does is push it to one side when he’s recording his YouTube videos. because instead of cleaning to find his missing items, he gives up and simply buys a new one. oh, did i mention that he just LOVES to keep things to reminisce? yeah. there loads of random crap, everywhere. i’d prefer for this to be strictly non-romantic; if you’d like to add/edit this plot, we can definitely work on it!!
