I think Shane was a character who, soon as I read him, made all the sense to me. I felt immediately a kinship and an ownership over Shane. I was like, “I need to be the only person to tell this story. I get it. I want to be the person to be Shane and I want to spend time with him.” [x]

Another one where I tried to let the overlines tell their own story. We all know what this is from, and what's happening, and how peaceful it is for them right now, but there's still things happening. They've both got thoughts, and fears, and doubts, and they're both trying to ignore all of that in the hope that they'll get this for as long as they'll need it. So yeah. The lines are one artwork, and the colouring underneath is another. And my signature is just. obnoxiously. there.
