i think it's neat when people decorate their mobility aids, but a lot of stickers i notice just aren't the right shape. anything big or round is going to look bad on my crutches. also anything not waterproof will fade out, and not very sturdy will crack when i inevitably drop them. but after a lot of searching i finally thought of bike frame stickers! which are long and thin and meant for outdoor weather. i ordered some reflective stickers i thought looked nice so they can double as a safety feature. i'm excited to see how it goes

Blogs are like ' are celebrities pro this or pro that' and I'm like

dude I don't even know how to explain to you that in the very end of things banning someone because they make a social media post about a topic doesn't actually stop the problem it just makes you feel like YOU are doing something about it and that's false activism.

Instead of sanitizing celebrities and individuals what if everyone just actually yknow took action with grass roots movements in their daily lives and stopped spending energy they don't have on things they can't change. Like yknow whether person a1 throug& z13009 said xyz in an interview 16 years ago. Ganging up.on Barrowman or Luna are great examples of people just digging shit up and making things up to make themselves feel like they've exposed something.

Like you havent???? You don't have a scoop. This isn't a dairy queen my dudes.

I've seen people have one quote misconstrued as support (Luna) and I'm sorry you guys aren't doing anything for a cause it's just hyper control so you feel better.

I get it it's awful feeling helpless. It's because we are helpless against what we are seeing but you HAVE to control your media and how much you intake. You have to control advocacy burn out.

Monitoring everyone and everything around you for people who don't agree with you verbatim in ways you approve of or vomit up statements you see as approvable is not fucking healthy behavior.

The over control and the over reach of false activism and false cancel culture is literally killing actual cancel culture and activism like you're just burning yourselves up inside.
