Listening carefully, she nodded slowly wondering how hard it had to have been for him. Considering of his nature, blood was what he lived on. “Understandable. After all, you were going with your natural instincts which consist of human blood straight from the vein. No offense to you or anything, your kind isn’t exactly one of my favorites due to the ones who are constantly on a frenzy for blood. Especially those who consist the same as mine.” Bellatrix wasn’t sure how true it was, but she had read somewhere that her blood attracted beasts. There was something sweeter, more appealing with her blood than others.

He frowned as she spoke but tried not to take too much offence, still his interest was sparked when she mentioned herself. “Yours?” He had noticed a different taste in blood between creatures of course, being a doctor in a household where people where constantly throwing themselves threw doors and windows. “I find tricksters to be sweet. All that necessary sugar intake has to go somewhere.” He explained as if they were conversing about something as common as wine. “I have yet to taste angel blood. The angel I live with is…disgusted with my kind to say the least. And I was never one for begging.” He explained with a hum.

She was rather amused to hear how an angel was disgusted with him yet she could see their reasoning. He was a creature that was suppose to be evil, while their kind was well nothing but good. For the most part. "I'd let you have a taste if I knew you wouldn't kill me," she said teasingly.

Evan’s eyes softened and he shook his head, running a hand through his dark hair. “Well…you should’ve said that before I started yelling.” He said sheepishly, his heart breaking at the sight of her crying.

Now it was Bellatrix's turn to scoff as she stared at him in disbelief. "You're kidding, right? You could have asked before going off on how you didn't know if you could love me anymore. I can't believe you thought I'd do that to you."
