I am aspiring pastry chef. I have a love for knowledge of this trade and strive to keep learning. My passion is in breads, cakes, and farm fresh ingredients! I have grown up in VT in a the kitchen with my father who is a chef and love the busy fast pace atmosphere. Later I went to Johnson & Wales University for my bachelor's degree in baking and pastry.
