He just means sleep OVER at someone's but in a romantic sense so it feels different than sleeping over a friend's house. They didn't sleep with each other. While here:

Hello, tis me again :) Lately I've been rewatching the pool scene and I know we talk a lot about Lovro asking Ivan whether he is insane and Ivan saying yes, but actually, now watching it again, I do not hear Ivan saying anything? It only seems like Lovro is saying "yes" after the question? But I have chronic difficulties to distinguish them still, so that might be on me? Thanks as always <3

Hii, sorry for late answer. Yes, Ivan doesn't say anything. I don't know why they added "Yes" to translations when all Lovro asks is if he's insane (or well are you normal but it means like are you crazy) and then says no when Ivan comes closer. Ivan only speaks after that for the we'll dry you later part.
