very happy to see Meghan’s bright smile again!
Oprah’s been in the game for decades. She’s interviewed world leaders, actors, musicians, religious figures and etc. She’s seen and heard it all. When Meghan Markle informed her that members of the royal family were concerned about Archie being too dark, Oprah’s face followed by that “what” should haunt us all. I cannot believe what Meghan had to endure for all of these years.
Meghan Markle on losing her voice during her time with the Royal Family, but finding her voice again with her freedom.
I’ll never have enough time with you.

He believed in me. He was the only one who ever did that. The only one who saw who I was. All my baggage, all my flaws. And he accepted you anyway. He didn’t just accept me. He loved me. Not easy to find someone like that in this world. No, it’s not.
This must be a surreal experience for Suits fans. Meghan Markle’s great career ends with her becoming a princess.
I don’t think it’s an actor issue. If it were, it wouldn’t have gone as far as it has. Plus Sarah’s had an intimate scene with Gabriel and she said she felt comfortable. I think Korsh doesn’t want to do it. He does plant some seeds because of outside pressure (studio and other writers). I think if it were up to Korsh, Harvey would still be a player. @redwineonavanillaskye
Damn, Darvey still ain’t canon?
@ivoryneptune: The reason why I'm still not interested in returning is that I worry that the show wouldn't explore Darvey in a meaningful way. I am scared that the rug is going to be pulled out from under me.
This is what happened once I stopped watching Suits. I was the curse, y'all. Congrats to everyone who stuck it out.
Peace out.
Well guys, it’s been fun a ride. But it’s time to end it on a relatively high note. I think I’ve seen enough of what the show has to offer, so I’m out. Enjoy season seven!
(This blog will still be up, but it won’t be active. If you message me, then I’ll respond to it.)

i can understand that this 6B arc with Mike means there isn't much time for any Darvey related plot but i'm really annoyed at the fact that the dream from 6.11 has not been acknowledged at all -__- even just the slightest reference would have been great
I agree, nonnie!
Earlier in the season, I posed a question if the dream sequence was fan-service or if it were going to be explored. Based on interviews and the lack of exploration, I believe the scene was fan-service. It’s quite the shame that the writers won’t explore Darvey any further, because when we do see a romantic angle with them, it forces Donna and Harvey to look deep into their past and analysis their desires. There’s a glimmer of growth when we’ve seen the show push the romantic boundaries between the two.
Even if there was Mike stuff occurring, a better show could (and should) properly pace the characters arcs. A good idea would be to explore the dream sequence a couple episodes later. Another way to explore it is to give us non-verbal moments to show us that it’s still on Harvey’s mind. It could be done!
THIS!
completely agree that a better show could explore darvey without making it seem forced. i think the show has suffered so much (evidenced by bad ratings) by making the show revolve around mike ross. like i get that the whole show is based on him being a fraud, but the show has a big cast for a reason.
there is so much the show could explore without the same old shit with mike.
Overtime shows begin to lose ratings. It is bound to happen. The issue with Suits is that it doesn't do much to shakeup the characters. Even if the plot is different, the characters are still in the same place as season one. Ex: - Louis is mad because his masculinity and ego are questions - Rachel is at odds with her legal career and love life - Mike is mad at the firm for being unethical - Harvey internalizes his feelings, then gets angry at Louis.
That's pretty much every episode of Suits. Sure the scenarios are the different, but at the core of the show the characters aren't different.
One more thing to add, the show focuses too much on one case. If you map your season on one storyline and the audience doesn't like it, they might not comeback. This year it spent too much time focusing on Mike being a member of the bar.
