Grace Wales Bonner presented her AW 2020 collection in London, with elements of streetwear incorporated into her ready-to-wear collection. Inspired by her father’s roots in Jamaica, she styled the collection with adidas track suits and “the kind of Adidas trainers Bob Marley would have worn.”

With Adidas inking partnerships with Beyoncé’s Ivy Park and Kanye West’s highly successful Yeezy luxury brand, as well as strong style references in music (Bob Marley/Run DMC) the company has established a strong foundation in the diaspora’s fashion library.
