i'm having a weird week ... i think it's nerves, mostly because of work and the fact that i'm transferring therapists sometime soon. Now that it's established that i have OCD i have to see a specialist, which i'm a little worried about... it's very recent that I'm learning most of my problem behaviors are because of OCD, most of my life I've just figured that i had some sort of especially incurable horrible case of general anxiety ( ._. )""

but my nervousness over the whole ordeal is making me feel like more of a nervous wreck than usual... i've had at least two dreams about, well, what happened last year, and they leave me feeling bad when i wake up... and yesterday i seemed to pretty much shut down. I could tell i was going to have one of my breakdown/meltdown/anxiety episodes but i tried really hard to stop it and do what i could remember practicing with my therapist, and it did work. But instead of the hours of crying or anything i usually do i just seemed to like.. shut down completely. I felt like i was asleep but while awake and walking around. And i just felt so slow and like i couldn't really control my fine motor skills as much... but in the end i only cried some and i did a good job of soothing myself, at least for my first time trying to.
