Idea: Santos slips in the shower and GarcĂa overreacts.
Santos had just worked a 24-hour shift straight, and so had GarcĂa. They go together to Garcia's apartment to "relieve stress," but before anything happens, they decide to shower separately. When it's Santos's turn, Garcia (who's cooking something quick in the kitchen) hears a loud crash from the bathroom and rushes in to see what happened. Santos, a bit disoriented, lets GarcĂa help her up and walk her to the bedroom, where Garcia starts pulling clothes out of the closet, insisting that Santos get dressed because they're going to the ER. Santos doesn't want to, but ends up agreeing because GarcĂa gives her the most anguished look ever seen by humankind. At the ER, they end up being seen by Ellis, who laughs in their faces... It turns out GarcĂa was right to worry — the fall had caused a mild concussion. They stay a couple of hours there so Trinity can be monitored, then head back to Garcia's apartment. There, GarcĂa ends up confessing to Santos that back in her second year of med school, her father fell down the stairs. Her father was a proud man; hours later they woke up to her mother screaming — her father wasn't responding, and he had vomited. They rushed him to the ER, but the injury had been severe and too much time had already passed... Her father ended up dying
