another strawpage request! ngl i wasn't super consistent with drawing the designs but it's the thought that counts :)

this also takes place in my main modern chaeya au so the clothing/fashion leans a bit more modern.

also sobbing at the idea of diluc walking kaeya down the aisle after potentially being disapproving of the relationship at first hello?? i feel like despite everything he's just happy to see kaeya in a place where he feels safe and secure enough to get married to someone.

and yknow what, childe is taking kaeya's last name. it's ajax alberich now. at least, i feel like kaeya should definitely keep his to keep his ties to his heritage. it probably would mean a lot to him if ajax offered to take his last name on top of that too.

loveeee that he radically rejects afo's ascription like nahhh you don't know me, but you know who knows katsuki and has a RIGHT to shape his identity? his good friend izuku iknow that's righttttt

and bakugo adds a humorous and borderline ridiculous tone to this fight, but it's actually beautiful that afo has no power over a kid as stubbron and loved as bakugo. bakugo referring to himself with this corny childhood nickname is so important to meeee like izuku's and everyone else's love shaped him to the guy he is awwwwww

Kaeya learns of Childe’s real name. He doesn’t use it purposely at first, still on nicknames or Childe. But at some point calling him Ajax bleeds into conversation. He doesn’t even realize he’s done it until Childe stops in his tracks. The sweetest smile on his face but an uncertain look in his eyes. “What did you just say” and kaeya stops dead as well.

“My name sounds so sweet from your lips, please say it again kaeya”

From that point on “Ajax” is only name Childe responds to from kaeya. It creates some difficulty when the fatui are doing business in Mondstadt.
