List of “our marriage was a contract but now it’s more than just a contract” prompts
Requested by: Anonymous
Request: “Heey! Could you do some prompts about two people entering in a marriage of convenience but then slowly falling in love with eachother.”
“Did you like… Want me to get you something as well?” “Oh? You’re actually going to go out of your way to get me something as well for once?” “Well… Yeah. I figured it’d be easier that way.” “I didn’t know you even remembered I existed.”
“…I folded.” “Yeah, you folded hard.”
“I don’t care about the stupid fucking contract — I care about you.”
“…So we’re holding hands in public now?” “Yes. Yes, we are.”
“I could kiss you right now.” “But you wouldn’t.” “…Do you want me to prove you wrong on that?”
“…Maybe we should stay married even after the contract ends. I’m starting to enjoy your company and I don’t really want that taken away from me.”
“Fuck that stupid contract, okay? I’m in love with you and that’s all that matters.”
“Well, I never expected to feel this way for you so I guess fuck me, right?”
Calling the other an “asshole” (or any other insult) but in a much, much fonder way as time progresses, until all the edge is taken out of their words and all that’s left is undeniable affection in those “insults”.
“I think I can actually spend the rest of my life with you, without busting a vein from pure irritation. And that fucking scares me.”
