on canon characters and headcanons

     My headcanons for my character are mine. Some of my headcanons for my character are based around canon and were probably what the author intended me to take from it. Some of my headcanons may completely and/or blatantly ignore canon. Some might just be there because I like them.

I’m not saying you have to agree with all my headcanons.

     But you do have to keep in mind that they will be a part of how I play my muse. Please respect them, even if your opinions differ.

Put 'Confess!' plus an accusation about my muse in my ask, and my muse will confess whether it's true or not!

Here’s some examples to start you off-

Confess! Are you turned on by [insert kink here]?

Confess! Do you like [insert name here]?

Confess! Is it true that you once [insert odd/silly activity here]?

Confess! Are you scared of [insert fear here]?

Confess! Did you cry during [insert movie here]

Or think of your own! Be as cunning as you like…

"Helios, I was wondering... do you celebrate Christmas? Or any winter holidays?" [ayyy pcrthos here B)]

There multiple things that are confusing Helios about this situation. 1) Porthos had actually approached him for once, a feeling of pride filling up the fighter at this particular fact. 2) He was being asked about christmas and winter. Christmas? Had it really been that long already? Helios made the calculations in his head and came to the conclusion that yes, it had been that long and christmas was indeed around the corner.

“Uh… It’s never been a big celebration for me since we never had much money, but I do celebrate Christmas. Why’d you ask Porthos?”

          “I was wondering what you celebrated. There are a few holidays that come around this time of the Earth-year. Maybe calling them ‘winter’ holidays isn’t quite accurate”

That isn’t the only reason why he’s asking. Lies by ommission are still lies, Porthos, and guess who’s terrible at lying to Helios?

          “Do you, er, have any plans? I know there won’t be anything big, considering where we are, but...”

Selene sighed, brushing his fingers through his hair in frustration. This was a problem. He ran through a list of possibilities in his head. 

“ We might be looking at a problem with how the engine is handling energy… ”

“ We should look at the engines again. It could be a coding problem. “ Porthos wasn’t the ideal helper he had in mind, but Selene was sure that he was more than capable of handling this with him.

          “Engines...”

Porthos grunts and drums his fingers against the side of the screen impatiently. It seems something is slowing down somewhere in the line between his terminal and whatever the problem is. It almost feels like dealing with a bad internet connection.

What a strange thing to be reminded of, floating in the middle of space.

          “Anything on yours?”

“ Unfortunately, I don’t have an instantaneous report for every hiccup in the system. ” Selene did not appreciate the attitude, but he expected such from Porthos.

Porthos huffs and taps away at his terminal. He doesn’t like when things go wrong. He hates it when he doesn’t know how it’s going wrong, or why.

He also hates cooperating with anyone other than Phobos, but that’s another issue for another conversation. He ignores the sarcasm from Selene, for now.

          “I’m not getting any feedback on my side. It wasn’t from the core.”
