Have just learned that Jay Benedict, Captain Kiefer in Invasion and All Clear, has died from the Corona Virus.  His friend, Nigel Boyle (also an actor), posted it on his Facebook page.  It was subsequently posted on the Foyle’s War Appreciation page on Facebook.  Loved those episodes with him and CF.  RIP, Jay.

Cheryl Kirkus:  update from kitchenfoyle and I quote " Challenging wind conditions this year rivaled 2014. 727 race entrants dropped out today, and only 283 finished. Unfortunately, Michael Kitchen – along with all but 3 in his division – was one of the racers who “retired” and switched to motor. Arriving back in Cowes at 8:10pm more than 11 hours after setting off at 8:50am, he must have been disappointed with today’s results."

I’m impressed with your first posts and all that followed!  Since I’ve now determined how obsessive I am, learning to blog will mean giving over the rest of my life, what little there is left, to this page.  Also a bit of a perfectionist, so I doubt anything would ever get posted anyway.   For now, I will just enjoy all that you and VT, and others, post.  Always the highlight of my day.  Thanks for all of it.💐
