TO ELABORATE WHILE IM ON MY BREAK, satsuki typically does it out of the kindness of her heart. especially if she's got someone complaining like, "ah man my wrist hurts" she can scan bee-boop and be like, 'ah yeah it seems a bit strained, compared to the last time we spoke' ( satsuki totally keeps a general tab / recollection of her friends and their stats ).
only once she's gone through college, and she's actually skilled in the dialect doctors use, can she give a solid 'diagnosis' ... until then, tho, if it's anything she's worried about- she typically will send that person to a trained physician.

a concept i adore— satsuki living in her own apartment; and whenever old friends come to visit, they stay at her place. she has a guest bedroom, but she also has a spare twin under her own ( full ) bed. so depending on WHO is visiting, they may switch beds, because sometimes they pull that out instead and they share the room. they talk late into the night about the past, what has changed, what’s the same… they fall asleep holdin’ hands, and all is ok in the world; in her small apartment, a little past three am, everything is soft and they’re so happy to have found each other.
‘Ah, sure’ he moves over to help her and takes them from her. Once that is done, he moves back over and pulls some of the promised snacks out of the bag. 'Ah, you are lucky.
